Nightmare! The property manager wanted to change check in to 3:00pm. The a/c was not working, property manager could not send an a/c repair man or offered another room.Ceiling fan not working. Bathroom door does not lock. A/C leaking, shower water leaks into the bedroom.

Property looks good on the outside, inside however is not the same. The curtain rod to the door is literally hanging by the wiring, the towels are so thread bare that when I used one it tore right through from drying off my knee. Then the owner HOUNDED me for the fee of $15.00 because it was MY fault the towel tore. I even hung it up for them to see an took phots of it. SHE sent me messages everyday demanding I pay for the ripped towel. I might just pay it for her to LEAVE ME ALONE. She also told me on several different texts to just contact her directly next stay and to not use the Expedia site. I have stayed here twice and each time I went through Expedia to protect myself - now with her harassing behavior I an sincerely glad I did. Bed's are the worst ever, slanted and hard as rocks

Rooms are good, location was convent to RTB and the ferry. Bed was the worst in a long while. Very hard and I booked two rooms, same experience in both. Other than that, bring your own bottled water and supplies...
