"There is a sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool. It's a great place to stay and relax. The beds are very comfortable. The couch and tables are nice to have in the room. The center courtyard is nice place to gather and talk. The shower does lack pressure and I prefer bar soap which they don't provide. The TV is very basic with limited channels and no ability to cast. It's setting is also locked. "

"Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a spacious non pretentious environment. We had the two bedroom room that was perfect for a friends trip . I cannot say enough about how elegant the room , bedding and amenities were in this room . Beware of the hassle with water though , considering the price - they could have made that easier . I was charged an extra $10 for two bottles of water and wasn’t told by Jessica when I asked to grab them . We used the pools daily , adult pool was freezing cold and unseeable due to temperature. We each had a service at the spa which was fantastic and spa staff were wonderful, I had Jamie for an incredible massage and used steam room. Use the bikes to ride into town as it’s a great way to get out and go into downtown Calistoga. Will come back. "

"FOH and F&B staff were great. Shout out to Alonzo and Jeff at Truss. Top notch. Disappointing that Auro ( Michelin star) is not open Sunday through Wednesday. Pool on Sunday, next to no service, had to put up umbrella and get towels. Kids pool for kids 1year -to 15 years is 30" deep and was 94 degrees. Asked if there was a problem with the heater , never got an answer. Asked if the kids could cool off in the other pool ( it was 84) steps and got the brush off. Watched the pool bartender make me a gin/tonic at the pool, he pours the gin and tonic water in a bare glass with no ice and hands it to me. I just laugh and tell him he forgot something. Ulisis was the pool manager on Monday , did a good job. The rooms are very nice. the downside for our family is that there are no double queen rooms, they are actually double beds. The queens would easily fit, I think the hotel owners ( not 4 seasons) are discouraging anyone with a family of 4 from staying at the hotel. For a couple, It's very nice. Not sure I'd go back with a family, given the bed and pool situation. Given the emptiness of the property, I think the customers are sending a message and management should listen. "

"Really beautiful property and so spacious! Overall, the agency was helpful as they sent a maintenance team on Christmas Eve to help repair some plumbing issues. However, prior to that, they were unresponsive to most messages so I think that can be improved. "
