Avalon 103: This part is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility: access ramps, wide entrance and bedroom doors, fully equipped and approved bathroom. Also on the upper floor we can find the living-dining room with a cozy fireplace and a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition, on this floor there are three bedrooms and another bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large games room with pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, dartboard, board games. Outside guests can enjoy the garden, a porch, a covered barbecue, covered terrace, swimming pool, beach volleyball court.
