"Great hotel few minutes walk from main shops and restaurants also cable car 5min and bus station 5min. nice selection at breakfast. Need to be at least 2nd floor to get view with the highest floors with best. Great views from restaurant and breakfast room on 4th floor. Friendly staff . Nice pool but only get sun in morning at time of visit. Some outside noise early from bin lorry emptying recycling. Would recommend and return to hotel."

"Staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, The room was beautiful, the pool lovely. Unfortunately, the water was shut off for all of our last night (no warning) . Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience. "

"Everything was splendid. The only issue my husband and I had was the temperature in our room was hot. Because it’s not the summer, the A/C is controlled and couldn’t be turned on Cool. So the front desk suggested I open the balcony door and the room did get a lot cooler."
