"Nice hotel in a great area. Full size fridge is a definite plus. My stay was ruined by the fact that there was a WEEKEND-LONG party directly below my room with blasting music, singing, and cheering from early morning until late at night. I tolerated it Friday night. I was woken by it at 8am Saturday morning, which I still tolerated, and it was still going when I returned to the hotel at 8:00 Saturday night. I called the desk at 9:30pm and was told that while multiple guests had complained, there was nothing that could be done. I was assured that it would end by 10pm. It did not. I called again at about 10:20, and was told “they’re leaving the room now.” No, it continued on. Still going at 10:30. I called back at 10:35, and the front desk didn’t even pick up the phone. I can assure you that had I made that much noise in my room I’d have been asked to leave! The hotel essentially took money for rooms on the 2nd floor with the knowledge that the conference room below would make those rooms uninhabitable, and they didn’t care. No offer to correct or to comp any portion of my stay. (Almost 200/night with taxes and fees). Unacceptable. We rent hotel rooms to have a place to SLEEP. If that can’t happen, it’s a fail regardless of anything else that was good about the property. "

"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and everything else smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights was the outdoor area—it was a nice, relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The location was also very convenient, especially being close to the outlets, which made shopping easy. Parking was good as well, with plenty of space available. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely consider coming back."

"Stayed with a big group of family for a few days and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the breakfast and the fact that they switch it up each day a little is really nice. We grilled in the courtyard played some corn hole and really enjoyed the pool and spa. We will return! Kids had a blast!"

"Was initially sent to a room that didn’t have a latch attached to it as if someone kicked in the door and was not clean. The hotel guest before me had the same issue. If it wasn’t for the amount being non refundable I would’ve left and went to another hotel. Hallways are filthy and the hotel needs serious repairs. I’m not a negative person and normally don’t leave reviews but i wouldn’t stay at this hotel ever in life. "

"The room was filthy. There were no linens or toilet paper in the room. The TV did not work. The hallways were filthy. It looked like the floors had been cleaned in months. We canceled our second night and stayed somewhere else. Very disappointing when I went to the desk to cancel our second night they could not confirm a refund. They just gave me the general manager's name I would've expected better from a Wyndham property."
