"Loved it"

"Unkempt, beard hair left from shaving in the sink. The room is very institutional looking but you get what you pay for. I’ve stayed in many cheap places but I’d definitely not recommend here. Redeeming qualities- the front desk receptionist was excellent! and it is very dog friendly. "

"Understaffed"

"This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where they ran out of towels. My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights and we requested new towels and were told they did not have anymore and when some were finished washing we would receive some and never did. We had to ask several times before we received our towels. Our rooms were never refreshened the whole trip. The tub and the toilet had stains. You also have to pay for parking and when they have conferences you have to park across the street in the over flow parking lot. It also smells weird."

"Great location clean rooms friendly staff breakfast was good. The only negative thing was only one elevator was working which made getting to our room difficult "

"Awesome hotel, I stay here often. Would be 5 star if they changed happy hour menu. Keep in mind I stay often, so I see the same menu repeatedly, but included in room!"

"We ended up checking in late because we were picking our daughter up at knight, . We checked in with no problems, but our heater went out in the middle of the evening and it was very cold that night. The next morning we went and spoke to the staff, and they were incredibly accommodating and helped us move to a different cabin, which was absolutely amazing. We will stay there again. The customer service was incredible! "
