"Fantastic hotel. Owners are visible and their hands on attitude is noticeable and highly effective in making everything first class. The whole experience was faultless. Friendly and attentive staff without being overly fussy or attentive. The beach is as good as it gets. Everything is there for you and it feels private to the hotel even though technically it is not. "We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and found this to be a perfect spot. We love the water and being able to snorkel right in front of the house and go kayaking was perfection. Meeting Ralph and Julie was just icing on the cake. We loved the time we got to chat with them, As we went around the island, we met people who knew them and their important role in the Island. We look forward to going back!!! You can be assured that in the days and months between now and our next trip, we will always think of them as part of our extended travel family and pray for them often. We loved every moment of our time at Sandy's. Paul and Mary E"

"I had an amazing stay in Southampton. Wendell and his family were absolutely wonderful hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and kind and will help you with anything you might need. The property is so convenient, with a bus stop right across the street, restaurants nearby, and also a little store for drinks/snacks, etc. The private beach is a dream and I had it all to myself almost every time I went down there (there is a resort next door whose guests also have access but I saw only 4 other people in 5 days). Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas were provided as well. Wendell knows everything there is to know about Bermuda and the room also has a number of maps, guides, and photography books. It really felt like a home away from home and I'd go back in a heartbeat."

"Our family of 3 stayed here for 10 days during a very hot Bermuda summer. The place was nice for the most part and conveniently located near bus stops, a hiking trail as well as a gorgeous water view. A few unexpected things were the rocks on the waterfront are VERY sharp and my daughter cut her foot open twice, so water shoes are a must. We weren't aware that the drinking water provided was limited (was not communicated to us), though the owner did provide 1 extra bottle at no cost (as the policy was not disclosed), it was not a lot of water to provide for 10 days/3 people and a inconvenient to carry water from the grocery stores on a bus in extreme heat. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen, bathroom looks relatively modern. Netflix was having issues so we didn't use it. Wifi was strong. The teapot is actually a small one cup keurig and the toaster is a function on the air fryer. The hosts are nice and polite. Southampton is a lovely parish, close to beaches, but there is some traffic noise during rush hours from the house."
