"The marina is the perfect location! There are 4 bedrooms so it is perfect for a group of friends (all individual beds except the master). The kitchen was well stocked to make all means and the grill on the top deck was great!"

"We have never stayed on a boat like this before and it was amazing!! Booked it for a surprise 50th birthday celebration for my husband and our friends. The bedrooms and bathrooms are smaller than ones on a cruise ship but we were barely in them. Not to mention we had full use of ALL of the amenities at the hotel and marina which was awesome!! Pool, bars, restaurants, showers, bathrooms....perfect! Location of the boat in the marina was perfect...far enough away from hotel to not be around...

"This is a little piece of paradise on the water just outside Key West on Stock Island. My son and his friends celebrated his birthday and had a wonderful time. Bill was a gracious host and I definitely recommend this houseboat!"

"The ideal getaway, I brought a grill and a pan and did all the cooking outside on the deck. Took paddle boards through mangrove tunnels and saw tons of fish. Had a baby sea turtle swim up to the boat. "

"Accommodations were outstanding. The covered rooftop patio was my favorite. The surrounding areas were a bit distressed and rundown. The walk from the parking lot to the boat was a bit of a hike. "

Would definitely recommend!Boat amenities were as expecting. They are on the process of making upgrades to the boat. They just did new flooring before our stay. "
