"We had a great stay! Everything was clean. We enjoyed the turtle sightings, night beach walks, and the restaurants around town. It would be nice to have a couple beach tents available, if possible for guests. We found Melbourne Beach to be a great spot and this rental to be accommodating. "

"First, the listing sent us to the wrong address, another building nearby and they blamed it on VRBO “glitch”. When we got to correct unit we arrived to pile of towels and sheets on floor and essentially the unit was not cleaned. The property manager confirmed with cleaners that again there was a “glitch”and it was not cleaned. They did offer us another unit but still when you arrive at 8:30pm and just want to get settled and go to bed, it is seriously inconvenient with 3 kids, 10 and under....

"This listing was everything shown and more. The pictures did not do this home justice. The owners have done an amazing job decorating and providing a wonderful stay. They gave us recommendations to all the best places to visit and eat, along with a how to guide for all the accommodations provided. We will absolutely be renting again in the future! Thank you guys for a stress free and enjoyable trip!"

"Nice location. Outdoor area wonderfu.A bit of repairs could be done. Coffee would have been a nice touch . Master bath toolet needs repaired . Tank doesnt fill up. Just a few small things but overall a very nice place."
