"The shuttle to the air port runs 24/7 so that was very helpful. However they dont make coffee in the lobby till 230am. There was no wash cloths in the bathroom and I never got the wifi to work but we had to go to sleep early so i didnt worry with it.. Bob Evans restaurant was within walking distance but dont get the burgers they were very dry."

"Met or exceeded every expectation. Not sure if I got some kind of super-secret deal, but this hotel delivered FAR more than I expected for the very reasonable price I paid. I travel to the Detroit area on business multiple times a year. I don't know how I never had this place come up on my list before. It will definitely be a "go-to" for me in the future. BIG place. Really much larger than most Best Westerns. A few miles out -- but close enough to downtown to be reasonable for daily attendance at conventions and the like. My single queen room was large enough. It was clean, the bed was new enough, the door had a modern lock, the bathroom was large enough. No complaints at all. More amenities than 95% of Best Westerns -- if I had a longer stay in mind this would be an excellent location. It has an indoor pool and hot tub, a guest laundry, the building wraps around an outdoor courtyard with a gazebo and garden. And the breakfast was also better than I find at most Best Westerns. I had fresh scrambled eggs, hash browns and biscuits w/ gravy. There was also a choice of cereals, yogurt and a variety of fresh fruit, and a choice of breads (and toasters). I compare to other Best Westerns as a point of comparison because, well, I have stayed at many Best Westerns and it is a Best Western. But my experience at this hotel compares favorably not only with other Best Westerns but also with Holiday Inn Expresses or Marriott Courtyards."

"Nice hotel, clean, great location but best of all great service and nice rooms. Everyone in this hotel is very nice and accommodating. If you ask where something is, they take you to it. If they don't something you need, they go above and beyond with trying to get it for you. Room was nice, very hot out, but a/c cranked. Last day of check out we went to their downstairs activity room. Golf, bowling, pool, shuffleboard, a bar and appetizers. Easiest way to kill an hour of two with the kids before heading to the airport."
