"This hotel is gorgeous and has beautiful views of the golf course. Breakfast was a good selection and service was great! The selling point for us was how convenient the shuttle bus is. It runs every hour in and out of town which saved us a lot in taxi fares. 4/5 for cleanliness due to finding a few ants in the bed but, to be honest, this is expected in a ground floor apartment in July so we didn't mention it to staff. Other than that all clean and well presented. "

"We liked having use of all the campsite facilities and the location close to the lake. The breakfast was good and our rooms had good views of the lake. Local connections without a car were a bit challenging. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"An almost perfect stay at Pavillon. There is a lot to love about this hotel. We were in a ‘penthouse’ canal view room. The whole building is beautiful, the room is massive. Location is excellent. 5 min walk to the ferry that connects you to the rest of Lake Garda, 15 min walk to the train station for day trips to Verona, Milan, Venice. 20 min taxi to Verona airport. "We’ve had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel is located in the Old Town and perfect location on the edge of the lake. We chose a double aspect balcony room. Our room was in the main hotel building. The room was a little dated but very clean. Shower was powerful and bathroom had bidet. The spa and pool are situated across the courtyard and unfortunately there is a very strong smell of sulphur as you walk through to the pool. The service in the bar was pretty much non existent, so we chose to have a drink elsewhere before finding somewhere for dinner. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good too. Plenty of choice with some others choices for an extra cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again, but only in the original building. Rooms 2 and 3 are the ones with sun beds on the balconies and have a fantastic view of the lake."
