Home away from home
As title says. Great place and exactly as described. TV all channels and every channel you could want from every country. At Least three supermarkets within 5-10 minute walk. Main town [Quesada] 10 minute walk. Everything for us was perfect. The meet and greet was perfect. A quick tour showing everything and left alone for our stay with details for contact 2 minutes away if any problems.[ None]. Very highly recommenced and we would happily stay again. Transport is highly recommend especially in the height of summer with children but it a great place to stay.

Fantastic House

Great stay
5 mins walk to Tesco and Aldi couple of pubs and restaurants next to them. About 15 min walk to main centre with cocktail roof bars. Restaurants and bars. Pool area beautiful and very clean although we only had short dip as we did attend in November. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. All facilities and washing machine provided also, 5 stars

Great place to take a quiet break
We are a Spanish couple with a 8 years old boy. We spent 5 days by the end of August. The house is as fine as it seems in the photos: everything in the kitchen is new, from the first spoon to the last pan; the wifi runs fast (I'm a journalist and I had to work during those days so, I mean what I say) and sheets and towels are new and clean. We also saw there are nice blankets by the sofa at the living room. Not to use them in summer, but great to know they are there if you stay in winter and you want to watch tv and feel warm. The swimming pool is about 30 seconds walking from the house. Close enough to let the boy go alone, far enough to stay away from the noise of other neighbours enjoying their holiday time. The area is pretty peaceful and safe. I'm a marathoner and went out some days in the early morning to run some kilometers alone. No problem. You have 2 supermarkets, a chemistry and a Scottish butcher in a walking distance. If you love BBQ, he is your man! We also discovered a Belgian bakery at Quesada. You have to taste their black bread. It's super! The beach at Guardamar is 6 kms away. We went to the dunes area, what is not crowded at all, and ther's no problem to park the car. We highly recommend this place to stay. Thanks to the owner for making everything so easy. Salome

A Spanish Respite
A beautifully clean and tidy two storey house with everything needed for a home from home, barely 50metres from the lovely communal pool which we used every day for a swim, usually we were alone, there are chairs and towels available at the house for use around the pool. We were pleased to find aircon in every room. Lovely big bathroom. Overall we were very impressed and considered ourselves fortunate to have found such a lovely home. Communications for directions and check in were exemplary. thank you

We arrived at our house expecting to find a run-of-the-mill rental property, how wrong we were, the house was very clean, well presented and very well equipped. Tina our housekeeper gave us a guided tour and passed on valuable local information. The owner of this property should be congratulated for providing a truly wonderful Home Away and we plan to rebook for a longer stay next year.

Love it here!
We have stayed here previously and will definitely return again. The house is in a great location. It's lovely and clean. The communication from shamilla is brilliant and also Tina can't do enough for you. We stay in villas a lot in this area and this is definitely the best by far.! See you soon!

Great location and lovely house
We haven't rented various sizes of villas in the area so have experience. This was by far the easiest to book and the communication was great. I had fast replied from the landlady and the housekeeper couldn't do enough for us. The house was lovely and clean and would definitely recommend.

Lovely Holiday Home
Had a wonderful break at Case Suerte. The house is very comfortable, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Shamilla keeps in touch to make sure you have all the information you need. Would hope to stay again and would highly recommend this property as a great base for a holiday.

lovely house with everything we needed
The house is lovely with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful, we couldn't have wished for better. The pool area is lovely, very well kept and clean. Quesada itself is a nice area with lots of good restaurants but it is quite a long walk to get to them, we probably wouldn't have booked a property in this area if we had known that there is no public transport whatsoever and as we didn't have a car we had to rely on taxi's. There is actually very little to do in Quesada so my advice would be to hire a car. This is the only reason I have not given 5 stars, though it is our own fault for not checking and assuming that there would be transport.

Lovely home from home, couldn’t ask for more, loved this wonderful housr
The house was amazing, spotlessly clean with everything needed for a perfect home from home holiday. Location was excellent, short stroll to the Consum supermarket, and with a brand new Aldi Superstore under construction over the road from the Consum this will be a perfect place to stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance but just far enough away to walk off the food. Plenty of bars in any direction from the property all within walking distance. Can not recommend this property enough! We will most definitely be returning Thank you Shamilla for renting us your beautiful home xxx

Perfect property

Lovely property well quipped quiet area but near to amenities
We had a lovely stay very well equipped and clean. helpful neighbour who looks after propery for owners we ran out of gas on Sunday he found new cylinder very quickly and changed for us . TV a bit tricky to use but internet brilliant best we have had in many trips to Spain very helpful feedback from Shamilla the owner to all questions we asked before we left for holiday as we were driving from airport ourselves Shamilla explained postcode and number of house postcode took us straight there Gardens and pool well maintained very nice helpful neighbours around pool area

Lovely townhouse near tofacilities
Stayed for a week at this lovely very well equipped townhouse. The area is nice and quiet yet a few minutes walk you will find a large supermarket and several bars. The communal pool is lovely and clean and obviously well maintained. A 15 - 20 minute walk takes you to the small village centre where there are plenty of bars / restuarants.

The property was clean and tidy and in a very central location for travelling around the region, 10 mins walk from the town of Quesada and only a couple of mins from local bars and supermarkets. The pool was perfect for children that is if you could ever get them out. The house itself was a lovely house with everything you could require. I would definitely go again and recommend to families.

The property is lovely..
The two bedroom townhouse is lovely and very well kept with everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay! It is a five minute walk to the supermarket's and the lovely and welcoming spanglish bar run by Paul and his family. Quesada is a fifteen minute walk and there is another set of bars and restaurants a ten minute walk by the late lugana hotel. A wonderful stay, one which I shall be repeating again and again. We booked this villa for 6 days and we were not disappointed... the house was clean and well laid out and was a two minute walk from bars, restaurants and supermarket. Also only a two minute drive to the Quesada Arches and all their restaurants and bars. I will book this property again when I am in the area. Excellent value.

Convenient and very complete
Nice holiday house. Very well equiped and maintained. Everything works properly and the house is really clean. Nice communal pool. Shops nearby. Although Cuidad Quesada in itself may not be the most inspiring holiday city, with a car everything you need for a good holiday is whitin proximity. The beach is 10 minutes away and Elche and Alicante will take about half an hour. So this is a very nice and convenient holiday house and we loved it. So there is a very good chance we will come back.

Cada muy bien equipada, todo cuidado y muy limpio. Entorno tranquilo a 10 minutos de la playa. A mejorar la dureza de las camas ya que son demasiado blandas, las almohadas que son demasiado altas y una pena que la casa no disponga de mosquiteras en las ventanas, eso te obliga a dormir con las ventanas cerradas y gastar aire acondicionado cuando no es necesario. El resto es una casa para volver, hemos estado de 10 !!!!!

Fantastic home from home.
We only stayed here a few days but would have been happy to stay for a few weeks. The house had everything you could need, including plenty of storage space which is often sparce in holiday rentals. Beautifully decorated, air conditioning and lots to keep you entertained if you wanted to stay in (tv, video games, board games, books....). I gave the location three stars as it is not close to the beach, but we were fully aware of that and it wasn't an issue for us. Pick up and drop off of keys was super easy and contact with both the owner and local key holder was easy and prompt. It has a great pool area which we often found totally empty, so it was almost like having a private pool. I would definitely book this house again. Thanks for a great stay!

La propietaria es toda amabilidad y Tina la encargada de la limpieza y las llaves también. La casa estaba muy limpia y en perfecto estado . La zona hace mucha calor, pero disponen de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La piscina está un poco apartada, hay que caminar por un pasillo hasta llegar, pero eso da más privacidad a la vivienda. Muy contentos de haber estado en casa Suerte. Gracias

Superbe petite maison très bien équipée. La clim a été très appréciée. L’accueil réalisé par Tina a été très bien, personne très gentille. Grande piscine au top. Pas loin des plages, plusieurs supermarchés à proximité où on peut y aller même à pied. Seul petit point négatif: beaucoup de moustiques

Wir fanden das Haus von Shamilla sehr schön und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar für die Kinder waren Spielsachen im Haus und für den Strand vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe (Aldi, Lidl, Consum). Man sollte trotzdem ein Auto haben, Strand ist ca. 12 Minuten entfernt. Die Strandpromenade in Torrevieja hat uns super gefallen, und der Strand San Juan in Alicante ist ein Traum. Vielen Dank auch noch mal an Tina. Sie hat uns liebevoll empfangen und hat uns Tipps gegeben. Auch die Kommunikation mit Shamilla war super. Danke für den schönen Urlaub. Wir wünschen euch alles Gute.
