The villa was in a superb location which was nice and quiet but all facilities extremely close. The villa was in superb condition and very well equipped and would recommend to anybody. The owner and her colleagues was in contact a few times to ensure all was ok and enquired if I needed anything.

The villa is immaculate , the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The local bars and restaurants are about 2 minute walk from the villa . There is a lovely swimming pool which is well maintained .

Peace and tranquility.
Everything on the doorstep apart from the beach which is a short taxi ride 20 minutes £12. But worth it.

Villa at La Marquesa Golf

Our stay in this property was a great Villa. The host Maggie was super. We had a problem with the bathroom door and we emailed Jenny ( the owner) who contacted Maggie. The communication between them both and us was great. Everything was resolved quickly. The area was great too especially if you like golf ( we didn’t go for the golf). It was very hot and sticky while we were there so the A/C and fans were very appreciated. The view from the terrace was great. We stayed for a month and used the washing machine/ oven hob/ and the dishwasher was a godsend. The whole experience was great and would recommend. Thanks you Jenny and Maggie.

JUST RIGHT!
The communication with the owners was spot on! The actual villa was very clean, with all the mod cons required and ideally located for those short walks to the local hostelries! The pool is a 50 yd walk, the roof top terrace a delight (with plenty of loungers and seats) and the property is ideal for Rojales (walking) and Guardamar (beaches). Absolutely no hesitation in staying again!!!

Lovely Rojales
we are familiar with the area. although has been sometime since we were there The house was in a perfect position .. The house itself is lovely but tended to feel damp with condensation

Villa at Campo De Golf.
Lovely, bright, spacious villa in a quiet location. Very clean and well equipped. Ideally positioned for the supermarket, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. On the edge of a stunning golf course. Jenny the owner was very speedy at replying to emails. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Well Located in a very nice area.
The property is exactly as described and communication with the owner was very good. It was spotlessly clean and is two minutes from the local amenities. When booking in this area it is important to check that the property is on the flat area. as this one is,

One week stay in Quesada
Excellent location. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants, supermarket and golf course. Short walk to nearby Rojales. Well equipped villa. Clean and comfortable although the courtyard outside was quite sandy but I believe they had just had some bad storms prior to us arriving. Straightforward check in / check out process.

Beautiful villa in central location
We just returned from our stay and didn't want to leave! The villa was amazing - clean and well maintained - great new kitchen/dining area! Excellent base to explore the area, I would recommend this place to anyone

Great Villa, Location & Holiday
We really loved our stay here, the villa is light, modern, well equipped and clean. The few meals we had in, we ate in the courtyard, the solarium is lovely for sunbathing and it was nice having the pool so close. The local bars and restaurants are so reasonable and it was nice having the variety to choose from. Our firm favourite was the golf club house which was excellent value for money and had lovely views. Guardamar must be one of the best we have ever visited and we enjoyed exploring the area. We would highly recommend this villa, the location and the area.
