This time the front desk checking agent has serious attitude problem, when I told her the room key is not working, she gave me a look, like I’m a idiot, don’t know how to open the door, unfortunately, the second time the key doesn’t work too, I went back, finally, she changed to a new key with a poker face, and shuttle bus has very limited schedule go and back to FCO airport, other than that everything else was ok, but next time I rather staying in Rome downtown, and take a taxi to the airport as it’s cheaper and less scummy compare to the FCO area. The taxi men at FCO are all scumbags who scammed us.

Amazing hotel for a relaxing pool day before or after flying. This is not a spot to spend the day walking around and shopping. Nothing around but everything you need is at the hotel. Great pool, restaurant and room. Would return for a stop over to rest and relax. Shuttle to airport is great, book when you check in!

Was a great spot to spend our last night in Italy - near the airport and they have an airport shuttle (not free but fairly priced) which was convenient. Wi-fi didn’t work while during our one night stay - hotel remodeling had left a strong chemical smell. Please check out the Asian/Sushi restaurant across the street and about a block away - amazing food!

When my Expedia reservation was not found in their system the front desk person made a comparably priced reservation for us...and included breakfast! The free airport shuttle was a bonus.
