The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and spans approximately 60 square meters. It is tastefully furnished with modern materials and thoughtful details. The spacious and bright living room features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a flat-screen smart TV, air conditioning, a dining table for four, and a large window that opens onto a small balcony—perfect for enjoying the Roman breeze.
Next to the living area is a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with an oven, microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, and a traditional Italian moka pot for your morning coffee.
The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with parquet flooring, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with reading lamps, a smart TV, and independent climate control. A wide window brings in plenty of natural light.
