Good sized apartment but bathroom was very tight. A little introduction to apartment use would be nice. The radiator in bathroom was pumping out heat and did not know how to turn this down. The shutters were controlled by electric switches and only figure this out on day 3. The location is wonderful for transportation links and the great number of restaurants nearby. We found two local markets a short walk from the apartment and they are wonderfully stocked.

This placed was very nice and since we were traveling, we were exhausted, the snacks in the room made our days since we were short on time to get to our booked tour. Thank you so much for the snacks and water.

Awesome!
Amazing property with the best staff ever! Gives you an entire walkthrough of Rome and is in the best location! Highly recommend…if I had any negatives with are mute compared to the positives I would say the bed is ehh and it’s quite loud but so is everywhere in Italy tbh. Great place!!

This is a VERY charming place. With a small kitchen and a pull out sofa bed it was perfect for us (myself, my husband and my son who is 6 feet). There are amazing restaurants close by. The colosseum is less than a 5 minute walk. There is a lot of noise in the morning on the street but it would be easy to close the windows and turn on the a/c. Check-in is a small hassle because you have to schedule to have someone meet you and luggage storage isn’t available before 11am. But easily worked around, there are many lockers near the train stations. I loved this apartment and hope to come back soon!

This is a cozy, quite apartment which is literally 2 minutes walk away from the Coliseum. The apartment has separate bedroom, dining area, seating area and separate bathroom. Numerous Italian restaurants are all around the area and 24 hour supermarket is 1 minute away. Hosts are easy to deal and communicate with.

La struttura è comodo per arrivare alle attrazioni principali. 15 mins a piedi dal circo massimo! Ma il letto matrimoniale ha bisogno di un nuovo materasso perché sembra di cartone. In oltre un oggetto non identificato appiccicato al muro sul lato sinistro lascia molto desiderare. Ricevimento e impatto iniziale molto sodisfatta, ma la notte un disastro per il materasso scomodissimo.

Dear guests, I really don't know what you are talking about. Nobody from our company ever entered in the apartment and we don't of anybody that broke in the building. If anything happened you should have called us and the police so we could have helped you. We try to give the best possible experience to our guests and stealing from them would be very very bad for our business obviously.

Ubicación excelente pero apartamento muy incómodo
El apartamento es precioso, esta todo nuevo menos: el colchón...es muy incómodo, está muy usado. No hay insonorización, por lo que es imposible descansar. Parece que estás conviviendo con los vecinos. Solo separa el apartamento con el de al lado una puerta. Es bastante incómodo escuchar los estornudos, los ronquidos, las conversaciones...en fin, muy poca intimidad. Y los vecinos del edificio también son muy ruidosos. Lo único bueno es la ubicación que es excelente.

Devo dire che ho fatto veramente una bella scelta, avevo chiesto al momento della scelta se mi potessero fare il Check- in prima dell'ora stabilità, dal momento sono stato seguito dal interessato Renato che ho trovato una persona gentilissima e disponibile dando anche consigli di mezzi pubblici e quanto mi servisse, grazie Renato. L'appartamento è ben ristrutturato, e con tutto il necessario all'interno, frigo, lavatrice, piano cottura, e pompe di calore il tutto funzionante. Zona bellissima e tranquilla con tutto vicino, market, bar, ristorantini pizzeria, stazione tax, metropolitana e bus.
