Host Marco was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Location is great for both the Vatican and Rome. Easy access to local trains and buses for Rome but we liked to walk to the Vatican and Rome. Easy to get to and from Rome Termini using the local train service, a five minute easy walk to St Pietro station. Short walk to shops and local restaurants.

Lovely time in Rome

The property is in a very central location for sight seeing and we loved the fresh oranges from the tree on the patio

Clean spacious apartment close to the Vatican.

Really nice size property with everythjng you need for your stay. Marco is an excellent host and quick to respond. Very close to the Vatican with great transport links. Easy to find with the added bonus of the garden area. Very central location to navigate around Rome. Would highly recommmend

Our Italian Get Away

Apartment was perfect for the two of us. Marco was a great host- met us at check in and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. About a 20 minute walk to the Vatican and closest Metro station. It was also easy to grab a cab right outside our door.

Amazing Place!

Marco’s place in Rome was great. It had a great terrace to hang out at and relax after a day of sightseeing around the city. Overall love it and would 10/10 recommend.

Apartment had everything we needed, except wine glasses. Marco was a great host, even called for our taxi on our last day. The balcony was so nice, we sat out there every day. The place is a little hard to find. Be prepared to walk up & then down steps with your luggage. To get to the main road, there are 72 steps to go up/ down. Bus stops very close by. Lots of restaurants and mini markets. 15 minute walk to the Vatican. This place even came with free Netflix in the bedroom. Bathroom was a little old but clean.

Fabulous stay near Vatican

Perfect location for Roma

This was an excellent location for all we wanted to do in Roma. The host was exceptionally accommodating. We’re 15 -20 minute walk from every major site we wanted to visit. We should have scheduled an extra day. The restaurants around this VRBO were awesome!

Outside the Vatican Walls

Convenient apartment near the Vatican and a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and cafes. Try GOOSE and the cafe next door. Friendly people and decent prices....not to mention delicious food. We had the opportunity to live among the Romans and are grateful for this opportunity!

Charming gem of an apartment - highly recommend

We would love to stay here again. Location is excellent because it is in a residential area yet is close to all landmarks one usually wants to see when in Rome. It is quiet at night and provides for an additional experience of a local resident. You can hop on public transport around the corner to get places. It is only 25 minutes from the airport (with no traffic) via a taxi. The unit came with all one needs to enjoy a long or a short stay, such as a full kitchen. The unit is on the first floor with a garden access, if needed, allowing for someone with limited mobility to stay there as well. Specifically, my mom walked through the garden access without needing to walk the stairs. We especially enjoyed the charming garden on the terrace that comes with the unit, with the lemon, orange, and pomegranate trees, among other plants. We had a relaxing breakfast on a sunny terrace with the view of the charming garden before heading out into the busy and exciting exploration of the city. We stayed there at the end of November and enjoyed orange tree’s little gifts daily with a couple of oranges falling on the ground as a super special treat of ripen fruit. We especially loved caring host, Marco, who was readily available, attentive to our needs, and accommodating.

Beautiful place! Amazing location!

Yes! I will recomand Marco’s place! Unfortunately i received the information about the key too late and before having it, I had changed the SIM card, so… we got lucky with a neighbour! We called the number from the site but we were told that the property was not managed by the company answering our call! As I said, we got lucky with a neighbour coming out from the building and she contacted Marco which came immediately! The house was very clean and the terrace was the point forte of it! Lemon for free from the beautiful tree! Lovely! After renting many times in Europe I realized that matching bed sheets is not important for the owners, nor having one set of dishes! But this is not a problem for us! We just don’t care, but if you do… We loved the house, the location was just minutes away from Vatican, in one word- EXCELENT! Thank you for having us! As we promised, we ll be back! Carmen and Mihai

After 28 hours travel time we hsd 4 hours before our entry time. He kindly drove to the apartment to let us in early.Beautiful garden with a variety of fruit trees. A 5 min walk to get to restaurants and coffeeshop. And we never did find a grocery store. Apartment was fine, on a quiet street. We had a pleasant stay.
