Great property in a great neighborhood with grocery store, restaurants and sites to see within walking distance. The host arranged our transport from the cruise ship which was very helpful for our first visit to Rome. The washer dryer unit was a little tricky to master but was handy after a week on a cruise ship. Our only challenge was the check-in procedure. We arrived earlier than planned and wanted to wait in the building’s courtyard until check-in time. It seemed like a reasonable solution because there benches for sitting and the gate was open. The host complained that we had not followed instructions about waiting until check-in even though we were waiting patiently. When arriving with luggage where all luggage storage facilities had no capacity to store our bags, we had little choice other than to sit and wait. Recommend ironing this out prior to booking. Despite this difficulty, we would stay at this property again.
