As soon as you enter, you’re greeted by a warm and elegant living room featuring a magnificent coffered ceiling. Every detail has been carefully designed to create an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication.

The apartment continues with a second living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a large TV. When needed, this space can easily transform into a true additional bedroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy.

The sleeping area includes a beautiful master bedroom with a spacious and comfortable double bed. From here, you can access a second bedroom furnished with a high-quality French bed — an ideal setup for families or groups who wish to stay close while maintaining their own space.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a large refrigerator with Ice Maker, Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and share meals around the dining table.

The bathrooms are truly a highlight of this apartment: spacious, elegant, and featuring spectacular showers that offer a luxurious and relaxing experience.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, free Wi-Fi, a fire extinguisher, and carbon monoxide and gas detectors, in full compliance with safety regulations.

Note: The showers are 200 cm (6 ft 6 in) high, and therefore most comfortable for guests up to approximately 190 cm (6 ft 3 in) tall.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 10:00.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.

am a regular visitor to Rome with my husband, and this apartment truly amazed me. It is stunning. The layout is comfortable, the bathrooms are fantastic, the showers are simply an incredible experience, and the kitchen is well-equipped. I particularly loved the ice maker, which I haven't found in any other apartment in Rome. The beds are equally comfortable. I wish I had one like them back home in Washington! Fromhometorome team was fantastic. From the moment I booked until my departure, they were always available and responded quickly. They arranged my departure transfer, which was phenomenal and perfectly punctual. Without hesitation, this will be our go-to apartment in Rome for my next stay.
