The room we had was in the penthouse and it was spacious and clean. Washroom has hot towel bar and bidet and clean towels.

This property is fine for a short stay. The room was large and clean, with a nice bathroom. However, there were a few things I didn't like so much. One was the deadbolt didn't work. As a solo traveler, I'd like to feel more secure. the other was there was no glass for the bathroom or for having a beverage, should I have chosen.

The lobby is amazing! The room however was very dirty. Chocolate smeared on the walls, I hope it was chocolate! Looked like boogers smeared on walls. I would recommend not staying here.

The hotel was fine, breakfast food and service was great. I just didn’t feel like it was good value… we paid £1k for 4 nights and it was more like a 3 star hotel.. that coupled with a €120 city tax, it felt expensive for what it was.

The reception staff were warm welcoming and very helpful. The cleaning staff were thorough and trustworthy. I left my valuables in the open unintentionally and it was right where I left it when I returned. Thank you for making our stay in Rome a pleasant one.

The services were really good and the breakfast was exceptional. I was dissappointed that the air conditioning was turned of for the season. We had to open the windows at night the streets were very busy. Had a hard time sleeping.

Small hiccup but overall good choice
Overall the hotel was very clean but unfortunately there was a welcome gift in the toilet on arrival!! The hotel is a little dated/worn but it is good value and didn't ruin the stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is outdated, the four stars is misleading, it barely deserves three. The room for two people was small, it was all dusty maybe cleaned months ago and not refreshed before assigned to us. The hall not designed well and it has like a mushy smell. Elevators very small, I can’t imagine how a wheelchair would fit on it. Rooms furnished very basically. No iron and board on it. No tub in the bathroom, only a very small shower cabin. Poor choices of toiletries. Provided only one kind of liquid soap for hands, face, body and hair on a broken dispenser. I booked this hotel because I had a very good experience with Best Western hotels before, but this one was so much different and disappointed.

Regarding your comment, some of our rooms are only fitted with a shower box and irons and boards are on request. Unfortunately Hotels in the city centre of Rome are build in palaces that do not allow for big elevator to be installed, in our web site is clearly stated that we do not cater for wheelchairs.We are sorry that you did not mentioned about your discomfort during your stay, we could have you moved to a room of your liking.Thank youBest regardsAntonio Guizzetti
