Nice hotel in a convenient location next to Termini. It was easy to use the metro from the hotel to get to all the tourist sights during our stay. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable and I would recommend Santina to anyone.

This was the best Best Western property I’ve stayed so far. Very clean , room is large enough for a couple . Convenient to Roma Termini and staff very friendly . Restaurants and shops nearby . I would stay here again . Happy customer here :)

We had a really great stay here for our trip to Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and a good size and it is well located next to Termini station. We'd definitely stay here again!

The room/bathroom was really spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and promptly responded to any issues we had. Location was good, close to the train station with taxis also readily available. My only complaint was that we had no way to turn the air conditioning on leaving the room temperature uncomfortably warm.

Excellent location close to Termini Station - easy to find when we got off our train. Also conveniently the bus to the airport stops right across the street from the hotel. The hotel is about a half hour walk from the Colosseum. The room was beautiful - simple but very clean. Would stay there again.

They were at a convenient location. They safely stored our luggage before check-in hours and when we checked out but had lots of time to get to the airport. The thing we didn't like was that, though it was close to the transportation terminal, it was in an unsafe location, but then pick pockets are all over Rome! One night it was pretty noisy outside but it eventually subsided. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The staff was nice.

The hotel was well located for us. Close to Termini station. Rooms were clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but was more than adequate. A cappuccino machine would have been nice but staff would make one upon request.

Location is excellent train and hop on bus. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative thing I can say is the only tv station in English was CNN and so we had to use our phones to watch movies as we didnt stay out late at night due to unsafe around train station.

We booked the property because of its proximity to the Termini station. The area is busy but so are most areas in Rome. The room was comfortable and we could regulate the room temperature. The bathroom glass wall is not a favourite- open the light and the bedroom is lit up so that aspect (for us) was not great. There was a kettle with powder coffee and tea, a small refrigerator which contained items for purchase. The reception was welcoming, helpful and solicitous

Great 10-day stay!
Great stay- just returned from Italy last night. Had a 10 day stay at this Best Western. Highly recommend. Located a few blocks from the Metro train station and also the Trenitalia train station. Rooms were clean-service was great- front desk helpful. We opted for an included breakfast buffet which was good. Our Italy stay included day trips via Trenitalia to Venice/Florence/Naples. We were a group of 4 couples. Would stay here again!

The hotels close location to the train station and one of the Hop-on bus stops....Magnificent! Pretty nice people and definitely a decent property but the furniture in the room is this neon backlit, 1990s modern design that is very impractical. You will stub your toes on the end of the bed as the bed supports exceed the end of the bed. The bathtub shower, which is nice, is difficult to get into and out of and is slippery. There are no bathmats. That said, the hotel has a nice staff and they are very helpful. The restaurant is good but it is less expensive to walk a hundred yards to dozen's of choices.

This property is conveniently close to the Termini Train Station. Walkable distances to most of Rome's major sites within the Aurelian Wall. Staff will call taxis if requested, and taxis show up within 2-3 minutes. The breakfast has a great selection of food. All staff are friendly and helpful. We had a Junior Suite (King size bed) on the 7th floor with a balcony. We approximated this balcony to be 22-feet by 5-feet: Huge!!! We enjoyed magnificent views of Rome everyday from the balcony, including St.Peter's Basilica and Santa Maria Maggiore.

I had never been to Rome and wasn't sure about the locaition of this hotel, but it was perfect. Across the street was the trail station and everything was in walking distance. The staff was extremly helpful. I would definatley stay there again.

Great hotel so close to the train station. Everything has been redone so a very modern feel to the rooms and inside property. Short walk to the train station. Good selection of restaurants in the area. Nice little bar in main lobby that has a happy hour with nice munchies. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
