I think that could it be better with another one shower, and add in the tariff the costs of cleaning and gas, because it’s weird to pay it apart, but it’s a good place to stay, very pretty, and the communication was excellent

Not luxurious but perfect location

The apartamento is really like a Grotto. The location is perfect but the apartment is not a luxury place. No windows, like a basement apartment, very warm, a small kitchen and to go to the bathroom you have to go through 2 bedrooms….. we were 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles so a bit tricky with the bed situation - only 1 real bedroom the rest are sofa beds without doors in between. But…. The location is perfect if you want to stay close to Campo de’ Fiore.

I will start by saying it was my oversite booking a non refundable stay.I booked months prior and was hoping for some humanity as I had an unforeseen knee surgery. It took me SIX WEEKS to hear back after contacting once week. When they finally answered there was no empathy or understanding. Just no. Also Very vey rude. Then asked to change dates by one night!I pd for a night we weren’t there and emailed them FOUR times.they confirmed and yet still called the day before arrivaland said we should be there.The communication is nonexistent. Do NOT be fooled by the photos.It is not the bright airy living area it appears.It is a dark hovel with no windows. The upholstery is dirty and stained.The only shower is in main bedroom so everyone has to go through the 2 sleeping areas to get to it. The main bed in the only real bedroom was so hard it was like a prison bunk.We had to sleep on a pull out couch that sunk in,stained mattress w holes in upholstery.There is no “gathering” space like it appears. The living area was actually our bedroom.The dining room was not in or near the kitchen but in the basement. The basement was 2 more pullout couches We originally had 7 ppl but I have no idea where we would have fit them as it was already crowded with 5. The shower felt very dirty and zero water pressure. We also saw laundry facilities as amenity and it was just a washer, no dryer, literally right next to shower. I have stayed in many VRBOs in many countries. This was the worst by far
