It would have been nice to have a free breakfast provided instead of having to pay 4 Euros for a croissant & coffee. Especially since the room rate per night was excessive in my opinion. The hotel room we stayed at in Lisbon was much nicer and provided a excellent free breakfast.

Simple, Clean, and Convenient
Simple and clean hotel very close to the central train station. It is no-frills, but the bathroom was clean and the shower was hot, the room was quiet and had a beautiful view.

I cannot speak to all the rooms, but on the 6th floor, I had a large open air patio overlooking a beautiful garden space. This was an ‘executive suite.’ Very convenient to the train station, which I didn’t use but did walk pass on my way to groceries and the university (a 20-25 min walk)

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are visiting Rome. It’s just about 2-3 bus stops from the Colosseum and there’s a bus and train terminal within 5 minutes walk distance. The staff is super friendly and kind. Definitely worth the stay! I most definitely will be going back there when I visit Rome again.

First off, the staff was extremely polite and helpful. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and they had the room already ready. The gentleman helping us check in complimented me on my Star Wars backpack, which I appreciated. The property was clean. The garden view was amazing. The shower was nice. It was welcoming that we could switch between watching Italian TV and Youtube on the large TV after being out all day exploring the city. Wonderful experience

Good room & service, difficult to have visitor
Interesting styling and a spacious room and bathroom made for a pleasant stay. Although I think it's a common, if not Italy-wide requirement, to provide a passport as a visitor to a guest's room, it's seldom enforced (based on my experience). I had a guest I wanted to invite to my room for a bit (not overnight) and the front desk required they hold my guests passport for the length of their visit. Of course my friend was not carrying their passport! Other than that, service was good and consistent. Although I never felt unsafe, the area around the hotel is less than inviting. It's a bit rough and there are lots of trash dumpers around and tons of rental bikes & scooters littering the sidewalks.

Love this place! Situated conveniently 5 mins walking to Rome Termini, 15 mins walk to the Trevi Fountain. The hotel is new and modern and the room was as pictured. Our room was also spacious and had balconies. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

Friendly staff, good location
Camplus is a well-located hotel in the centre of Rome. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Many of the rooms look out of beautiful gardens. The only slightly annoying thing was that the lifts make a loud noise when they arrive, so if you're room is near them you can hear it at night. Otherwise a great hotel, would return.

An incredibly convenient location, very close to Termini station and walking distance (around 20 mins) to most of Rome's major sights. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to my needs. I would gladly stay again.
