Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Communication was great prior to arriving - but that's where it ends. Booked for April 22-24, showed up after booking an extra day just to have early check in and the unit was not even cleaned. Beds were unmade and dirty, bathrooms not cleaned. Kitchen dirty with leftover wine and dishes from previous guest. Next morning, showers had NO hot water, one shower does not even drain and water overflowed. Coffee pot does not work. Cleaning staff was sent and only changed bed linens, no cleaning was done. Host offered a refund on cleaning fee paid, but has now ghosted me and not replying. Unit overall is old, and not pleasant to stay in. Very dirty.
