Close to many places, but AC did not work at all. Smallest bathroom and shower Ever!! Didn’t like having to leave my key at desk every time I went in and out of hotel. However, front desk were very good and knowledgeable about many things. They were awesome!

I liked the piazza, the neighborhood and the convenient location to the Colosseum and other attractions. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and cute. The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices. The 3 downfalls; they were working on the hotel and it was right outside my window, so noisy. Also i informed the hotel beforehand that i was arriving by 7am. I asked for a room to be ready by midday but did get till 1:30pm. Lastly the day i arrived i booked a driver to take me to the airport for my departure. He was 30 minutes late. I had to book an Uber that arrived within 5 minutes, just as the other driver arrived. Overall my experience was good. I love Rome!!

The location was amazing, located in a small piazza, and 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast very good. The staff at reception were very helpful. The only downside was the room size which was pretty small for 2 people, but this was more than compensated for by the great location.

Really good location. Walking distance to important places. Nice coffe shops and bars around. The hotel itself was fine. It was pretty clean. There was a smartphone in a room which you could take with you or make international calls. We were not aware of that so we were prepared to use ours. Day curtains on windows would be a plus as now we had to keep night curtains closed during daylight and have the light on, otherwise you are showing yourself to the neighbours. Also we had to leave a deposit of 100€ which we were not aware about, which is refunded after your stay. So if you plan a budget, add this to it so there will be no surprises, as we had to exchange additional 100€ for our expenses. Also city tax is 6€ per person per night. All on all - all about location.

Clean hotel, great location
Cannot argue with the location. Steps from amazing restaurants and csfes, 10 minutes to the colosseum and forum on foot. I was really happy with the location. Roomnwas clean and comfortable. Shower was a bit tight. Staff were amazing, free breakfast was a nice touch though there are some amazing cafes and bakeries nearby so save romm for that.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful. The room was not as expected based on pictures. I paid for a double bed and got a single room (cube) with a twin bed. If you are reserving you need to pick standard.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the main attractions in Rome. It was very clean and the staff was cordial and helpful. The shower was a bit small. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Could hear couple arguing and crying. Next night young child woke up in the middle of the night coughing and crying. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

It is a beautiful hotel located close to Roma Termini and the Colosseum. A lot of alternative to eat and enjoy a good desert.

Hotel is great. 13 min walk to colosseum. 20 min walk to trevi fountain. 20 mins to Spanish steps. Most attractions is walkable. You have plenty of time to walk.. hotel is clean, room service is detailed. They asked if I want to have kettle cos we are looking for hot water.. cons: is really noisy outside as below is all those eatery shops and chill place. People can get really noisy when they hang out the fountain infront of the hotel. Might need to get earplugs if you are sensitive. Overall is a nice budget 3 star hotel. Recommend to ge hotel breakfast at 15 euro per pax cos there is no breakfast place outside the hotel. Even if they have. They sell expensive weird looking American breakfast.. is not worth the money and taste meh.

Fabulous location, staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. The only negative would be the very small shower with a shower curtain that clung to your legs while showering (not a fan) Other than that it was a very clean and efficient hotel.

Hotel has the smallest rooms I’ve ever seen. No television in the rooms as well. It’s near a popular area in Rome near the colloseum which is nice but it’s so incredibly loud hard to sleep. Could barely maneuver around the room because it’s so small it was just my husband and I and I’m very petite. Should definitely invest in some better amenities such as sound proof windows and maybe some TVs if you can expand the rooms.

Okay, the shower is small. You wouldn't want to be a visiting rugby player. 😉 The location is awesome. The Colosseum is 5 min walk, Trevi Fountain is 15 the other way. The pastry shop across the piazza is excellent and there are cafes and restaurants everywhere. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. Sure there's no TV, but you're in Rome, get out and explore the hundreds of tinny cobblestone streets and If you need your screen time, Wycheproof Netflix on your phone or tablet!

Great location, staff was very nice. Bed comfortable, and nice blackout shutters. The water pressure was terrible, and there wasn’t more than 3-4 min of hot water after 8 am. Other than that, good stay.

Had a fab stay here - lovey staff, clean, lovely breakfast selection, 3 minutes from Colusseum, 15 minute walk from bus / train main terminal, 6 stops on tube to Vatican - we then walked back to hotel via Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Lovely 30 minute walk to Old Town (Trastevere)

Overall great place to stay, i didn't like the shower, it was too small for me and the water would get everywhere on the floor. Great places to eat that are within 10mins walking. Cafe and bar right outside for your expresso or late night cap.. would stay here again but with bigger a bathroom

Great location and service
The location of this hotel is brilliant! The service is great, the mobile phone is a good perk. It would be nice to have a king size bed and one free bottle of water - it felt a bit harsh having to pay for that.
