We had a wonderful experience here and I would 10/10 stay here again. The room is huge, super clean, and in a perfect location. A coffee station and snacks were provided, which was such a lovely surprise. I absolutely loved it.

Luxurious room in a central location
Before arriving we were in contact with the staff to confirm arrival time via WhatsApp. We ended up being quicker through the airport than we expected, but it was easy to send a quick text in the taxi to let them know we would be slightly earlier, which was no problem. We were welcomed on arrival and given great recommendations for walking routes and places to eat. The room was absolutely spotless, huge, bright and airy. The room was cleaned daily, to pristine condition every time. Air conditioning was easy to use, quiet at night, and worked well. The street outside is busy all day from morning to late evening but the windows are totally soundproofed so we were never disturbed, even on nights where we went to sleep early for a 6am start the next morning. The location is perfect for exploring Vatican City, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II allows for walking directly elsewhere in the city. There is a Carrefour Express shop a few doors down, and as many coffee shops convenience shops as you could need within the immediate vicinity. We had a fabulous stay, and we will certainly be back.

We had a 2 night stay at Charme 308, and the accommodation was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the accommodation itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located for both visiting Rome's landmarks on the East side of the river, as well as the Vatican City on the West side. Staff are great, friendly and very helpful. Location is great, many restaurants options around the hotel. Walking distance to attractions. The hotel is so clean, new bedrooms, beds are very comfortable and clean. Washrooms are so clean. There are always snacks in the small lobby, a coffee, tea and espresso machine. The plates, cups and utensils and displayed nicely in a glass cupboard. It’s a fantastic place.

We loved staying here. Centrally located, windows that blocked out the noise from the street, and lovely little reception area with coffee and snacks.

Great location, and perfect for a single person travelling. Great price. Was very easy to check in and contact the front desk at all times via whatsapp. Would have been nice to have had coffee machine in the room but very minor point.

The place was very nice. They gave us access to full kitchenware, electric kettle, and an expresso machine. They supplied coffee, twinings, and biscuits. The staff was really nice and the place was VERY convienently located, just a walk away from the vatican, the pantheon, and the night life. I minimart was literally 30 seconds from our room and open until 2am. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The staff was helpful and responsive before we even arrived. We had a large room, with large and comfortable beds. The room was beautifully decorated with a sitting room in front of the rooms. The location was perfect and we walked to everything we wanted to see all week. It was secure with a locked door at the street, at the front of the 4 rooms, and our room had another lock. It was a little hot at night, and it took us a while to figure out the shower so we didn’t soak the floor, but I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay
This hotel was wonderful. The room was immaculately clean and had a view of Castel Sant'Angelo. The staff is friendly and attentive when they are onsite. Reception has limited hours and amenities are few. Wifi was great and the location was perfect. I would stay here again.

Me and my boyfriend adored this property, i asked for a little something to make it special as it was my boyfriends birthday and they set out balloons and wine at our arrival which I was over the moon about. Everything we wanted and asked for they were willing to help and make our stay the best it could be. I am very happy with the way we were treated. Thank you.

Wonder stay. It's a shared appartment you get a room and private shower but shared lounge room. The rooms are huge and beautiful very modern. Ice cold air conditioning. Has a safe and fridge. Perfect location walking distance to all and great restaurants around. Cons: we had trouble finding the reception needs better instructions, also the key to the main building didn't work well and we got locked out lucky a guy that lives in the building gave us the keypad code to help us get in without the key 2 others in the apartment also got locked out like us.

The location of this guesthouse is great. It is located really close to the Vatican but also close to some fantastic restaurants and bars. It's on a very busy road but the sound proofing is good to the street. Unfortunately, because it's a block with private apartments, we were rudely awoken most nights by noise above and one night by other guests. The room was smaller than the picture looked but it's modern, bed is comfortable and bathroom is fine. You only get shower gel which doubles as shampoo so if this is important to you, take your own! I read another review beforehand about access and check in as i don't think it's manned all the time, so when our flight was delayed, i dropped them a line to inform them, which was acknowledged immediately. Overall, good value, great location but be aware of potential noise.

Wonderful guest house, no faults!
The location of this guesthouse is amazing, everything you will want to visit is within walking distance. As soon as we got there we were checked in quickly and were show a map whilst given a detailed and very helpful explanation of what/where everything was and the best routes to take. The room was just like the photos and very clean and plush. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, they reply very quickly to messages too. Honestly can’t fault this place, definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Great little hotel
We had a wonderful stay. the location is close to everything but not to touristic, the design is modern, the room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was big, loved the shower and the room was well heated. the only comment is that it was a little bit colder in the shower and that the hotel is located in a main street so it could be a little bit noisy, but only at day time when there are ambulances in the street. I'm a light sleeper and I slept great. The check in and lobby services are in another room on the same floor.

Charme 308 was charming
This property was excellently situated within reasonable walking distance of Vatican area , piazza navona, pantheon and Trevi fountain. Many restaurants /cafes nearby including great bakery and gelato. The room looked newly decorated. Very clean. Spacious. Private. Staff available during day however they willingly accommodated our after hour check in when I emailed to inform them. There are a few stairs. Breakfast is available for nominal extra fee but we opted to head out early to try local bakery and cafe. We would stay again.

Clean modern guest house in great location
This small hotel/guest house is very clean and comfortable. It was easy to walk to the major attractions. Be aware if you see the description Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast may not be included. I discovered that there was an additional charge to eat breakfast.

Je croyais avoir réservé une chambre d hôtel, avec petit déjeuner ; il s est avéré qu il s agissait d une guest house, avec "petit déjeuner" au bar d en face, un café un croissant, pas plus. Pour le prix, je n ai pas trop apprécié le concept. Reste que la chambre est bien, l emplacement parfait.
