This apartment is located on the second floor without lift of a beautiful ancient building in via di Monserrato in the city center, a few steps from Campo de Fiori. The apartment is developed on two floors and is very characteristic, with period beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it comprises on the lower floor of a comfortable living room with dining area and two single sofa beds plus an equipped kitchen and a small bathroom; upstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom there is access to a delightful terrace. The location of the apartment is ideal, from here you can walk to the most popular touristic sites. The street is very quiet and peaceful. A few meters away there is a supermarket and several characteristic restaurants and bars

A very convenient location, we were able to walk to all points of interest (but you’d better not mind walking a lot). A couple of supermarkets nearby plus a ton of restaurants. Nice old neighborhood. The apartment’s main selling point is a private terrace. It’s great to be able to sit outside! Things to keep in mind- there is a lot of stairs. To get to the apartment and then to the second level. Not a problem for us, but it may be for others. A tiny shower too would present a problem for some…

Location was great for getting to both sides of the river but also crowded with tourists and horrible traffic. Apt is basic - second washroom handy but arrangement has user squeezing between washing machine and wall to sit on toilet. Sofa pull out bed in living room has lumpy mattress. Addition of hooks in main bathroom would improve efficiency of bathroom. Generally noisy with construction work but quiets down after 1600. Some noise on evenings from restaurants. Grocery store just around corner, as well as bakery.
