  • A wonderful large apartment (185 square meters inside + 70 square meters of terrace) which is located in a unique position in the heart of the historic center between Piazza Navona and Piazza Campo de Fiori. This luxury three-level Rome apartment - with lift for luggage - has just been renovated with particular attention to respect for its historical characteristics, in order to have retained all the charm of the ancient and at the same time providing comfort for an exclusive holiday.
    Perfect for a glass of wine at sunset on the terrace and a great Italian dinner at home.
    The apartment is ideal for five people.
    The house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, wifi, TV.

    It consists of a large living room with 4 large windows overlooking the beautiful Piazza del Paradiso. The adjacent private TV lounge, the dining room with large well-equipped kitchen and the terrace on the same floor where you can eat or have a drink under the shady green pergola and 3 bedrooms with three bathrooms.

    1. DOUBLE ROOM: king size bed (200 cm wide), private bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.

    2. DOUBLE ROOM: double bed (160 cm wide), private bathroom with shower.

    3. ROOM: with double bed (140 cm wide) with a bathroom with shower (no window).

    The whole house is equipped with bed linen, towels and soaps.

    Laundry room: with washer and dryer.

    Not suitable for children aged between 1 year and 3 years (dangerous due to the presence of spiral staircases).
