Good parts - Location was great, very good size, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, felt very safe, cot for our baby was provided when asked with extra linen, plenty of towels. Bad parts - severe damp in the main bathroom which smells. Drain doesn’t drain in en suite shower room. Iron but no ironing board. Communication - kept emailing for the same information pre-check in despite already having sent it and not answering specific requests until chased on hotels.com app. Check in details were quite unclear and when we lost them they were uncontactable via phone so we’re stuck outside. Check out states on hotels.com at NOON we received a message upon check int hat check out was at 10AM - no answer when we asked to clarify this so we stayed until 10.30 when we had to leave to catch our flight.

Gradevole ma...

Appartamento, non grande ma gradevole, manca la lavatrice (ma lo sapevo!), va bene per una coppia in vacanza senza auto, perché il parcheggio è un vero problema!! Praticamente impossibile parcheggiare per strada, sono stato costretto a pagare un parcheggio privato con un costo aggiuntivo di circa 100 euro per 5 giorni per in suv. Il personale quando contattato al telefono è stato sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi.

Appartamento ampio e comodo, vicino a metro San Giovanni e Re di Roma. Ottimo servizio e assistenza da parte della struttura, che abbiamo contattato anche in giorni festivi ed è intervenuta tempestivamente. Consigliato.

The worst nightmare in my life

This facility is a scam. I booked my stay after 10 pm and arrived at the facility before 12:am local time. When I arrived, the door for the facility was locked, there was no one on site, on top of that, this facility overcharged my credit card with hidden fees that were not disclosed to me at the time of my booking. I ended up sleeping on the street with my family; What was supposed to be a dream vacation ended in a nightmare. I’m fighting to get my money back.
