This cozy 38m2 studio is located on the first floor of a modern building with lift, in a lively and very safe area, a few steps from St. Peter's Square and very close to the Vatican Museums, in the immediate vicinity of the "Cipro" metro. Although located in the center of Rome, our structure is fortunate to be in a very quiet area, suitable both for those who want a relaxing holiday and for those who want to reach the historic center in a few minutes. You can easily walk to the Vatican Museums which house the huge collection of works of art accumulated over the centuries by the Popes: not least the Sistine Chapel and the papal apartments frescoed by Michelangelo and Raphael.
The apartment consists of a comfortable sleeping area with double sofa bed, wardrobe for personal belongings, American kitchen equipped with everything needed to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and full lunches - stove, refrigerator, traditional oven, dishes, cutlery, cups , glasses and mocha.

Other comforts available to guests: unlimited free WiFi, A / C, independent heating, TV, iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothesline, clothes hanger, hairdryer.

Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more pleasant and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
