Located in a prime location in central Rome, on the 3rd and top floor of a historic building (no elevator), the apartment features a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) and a charming terrace where you can spend pleasant evenings after exploring the beauty of the Eternal City.

Overall not bad. Some issues with the second bathroom, wobbly toilet that has an odor and shower head that won't stay in a position where you can stand under the water. Only the second bedroom has privacy/dark curtains. Rooftop deck is ok, but there is really no view. The couch isn't comfortable. Overall not a bad apartment, but not really a place we would want to spend much time in. Luckily we were extremely busy exploring the city. We would try another place next time.

The directions to the property were very helpful and it was easy to find from Roma Termini. The property is within walking distance to almost all major attractions. There are lots of restaurants in the area where one can have a sit down meal. There’s also a grocery store very close by and it is well stocked. The key was not in the lockbox when we have arrived for our check-in. It required multiple texts and phone calls until we were able to speak with a person. We still had to wait almost an hour to be able to get access to the apartment. The property does not have three bedrooms. They’re only two bedrooms. The “third bedroom” is actually in the kitchen and it has a pull-out couch that is not even the size of a twin bed. It’s mostly suited for a small child or adult. The Terrace was nice but the large table where we were hoping to have breakfast in the morning, did not have suitable chairs or a functional umbrella. The two chairs that were there were wobbly and extremely dangerous. The umbrella was broken and it could not be lifted at all or place in a position to enjoy some shade. The fabric was also torn. The kitchen area has white shades. The sun beats on that side from morning until evening and it makes it very hot both on the terrace and the apartment. If we come back to Rome, we will find an alternative place to stay.

There was no exact address for the property and no signage. We had a very difficult time locating the building. But, the owners did return my call when we were unable to find the location and walk us through the check in. It was not conducive to in and out, especially if you want to run out for coffee, etc. (There was no coffee supplied in the unit.) The terrace was nice, but no view of the city. There was some furniture to sit on, but the wooden chairs for the table were unstable and unsafe to sit on. Ok location, though.
