Michele was an amazing host! Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house was spotless before we arrived, and it was truly a pleasure to be in such a clean and inviting space. The hospitality was second to none, and every day she made sure we had whatever we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, amazing restaurants nearby, and even took time to make other suggestions to ensure we have a a magical trip. Their kindness and generosity made our stay memorable, and we're so grateful for they’re hospitality. Thank you again for being such a great host and making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back to visit soon!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Domenichino. The location was amazing, apartment super cute and clean and everything went well from check in to check out. Our host M was attentive to any questions/requests. This was our first time visiting Rome and we hope to see you again soon.

Great place for a group of four people /family. Very clean. It was just 5min from Termini station /metro/ busses and made it easy to go places. We had great time staying in Rome.

Worst accommodation due to BLACK MOLD poisoning!
With our first shower at the property I smelled mold and immediately alerted the booking manager. I was told that the building's pipes smell after a heavy rain and that there is nothing to worry about. I pushed it from my mind and went out to sightsee. In the mornings, after showering, I noticed my asthma flaring up and I was sneezing with itchy throat/eyes/etc. I figured I had allergies and went about sightseeing but would feel better out of the unit. After my symptoms became more severe I put it all together that we had been breathing in black mold spores with EACH SHOWER we took. It was hard to see the mold as it blends into the black shower tile and because the bathroom lighting is very poor. It wasn't until we shined our phone flashlights into the tiny shower did we see all the black mold EVERYWHERE. Over all that time of being repeatedly exposed, I became very ill. While I did feel better after leaving the property the next morning, I still had headaches, inflamed sinuses, a cough, and trouble breathing with asthma wheezing for WEEKS even after we returned home. Black mold is incredibly serious and a health hazard and I am so fortunate that our 3 year old daughter was not harmed. To date, the property (who couldn't care less) and Hotels.com has refused to provide compensation for this situation. I trusted Hotels.com to provide a safe and reputable place for me and my family to stay and instead we were put in a hazardous situation with zero consumer protection.

Michele is excellent Everything was good except I guess the AC for the apartment is not fully calibrated (powerful enough) for the square meter of the property. Perhaps additional table fan could have eased our discomfort during our stay in European heatwave of late July 2022. Very close to local train/ national rail, shopping, dining, pharmacy and all the main attractions are under 10 euro cab ride away. Would love to comeback again if there was a powerful AC or additional fan.

Ours did not look exactly like this photo, but was very good for the size and location. It was fun to hear the folks on the street break into song after some drinking in the bars we assume.

Love everything about this place including the location which is 15 minutes walk to the colosseum and the train station is just around the corner. The only thing I don't like is there is no fire escape in our room. Otherwise everything is excellent.

Amazing place with €30 cleaning fee:(
The place was amazing, very well located and in front the place we planned to go. the beds was very comfortable and clean, the toilets and facility was spotless. Only one final item make me so sad and never return and no recommend to anyone. The price o the web site is very good but after I book. I got a confirmation letter and tell me I will be CHARGE €30 EROS FOR A CLEANING SERVICE PER DAY. how possible 30 euros per day. and i didn't see in anywhere on the website mention about this. Just a real scam in the end.

Comfy centrally located
We had a pleasant stay at Domenichino! We were a family of 5 but there was still room to spare. The location is perfectly situated. It has everything you need if you can live simply. The shower is small; the water pressure is low sometimes but it’s hot. It’s on he 4th floor without an elevator so keep that in mind. We were comfortable for our stay!

Our stay at the Domenichino was great from the beginning. Before we got there, we had great communication with the staff. We were arriving late & they gave us all the information on how to get there. The apartment was comfortable, & modern. We are a family of 4 & it was perfect for us. The nice young man waited for us until we got there (a little late at night) & gave us tips about the area, things to do & restaurants. We are extremely pleased & would totally recommend this apartment. The location is great. Will definitely stay there again if I ever get to visit Rome again.

Excellent location, between Coliseum and Termini
We were able to store suitcases before and after checking/checkout which was very appreciated. Host and cleaning lady were super friendly and helpful. Kitchen facility was great, really loved cooking some meals in the room. We walked to most sites and used metro for the rest. The only negative is that the room does not have two chairs to sit in (there are two tall chairs at a table to eat at).

Central location, clean and functional.
Clean, functional apartment. Much smaller than I expected. My room was not the one in the Expedia photo. Overall a nice place for a few days. I would recommend a safe in the room. The location was great with some good restaurants!

Just what we need for a family vacation
Apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the picture. There's two bedrooms, which is perfect for a family of 4, and a small kitchenette/living room which saved us some money from eating out all the time. The apartment is also located within 15 to 25 mins walk from most attractions (10 from termini station) so it is very conveniently located. Host was pleasant though she does not speak english. (We had to rely on her son who speak limited English to help us translate). One thing to mention is that the room is located on the 1st floor with no lift, which means that we had to lug our luggage up 2 level of stairs. This is not unexpected of Rome (and Europe in general) as the buildings are old, but those with mobility issues will need to take that into consideration.

Great location, will be back
This was a great place from which to explore Rome. Centrally locate close to Termini train station and within walking distance of Colosseum and numerous other places. We staying in the two bedroom apartment. It was compact, but very clean and appears to be recently renovated with brand new furniture and fixtures throughout (IKEA style). There is a double sized Murphy-bed in the kitchen area which is a bit out of place, but will provide some extra sleeping for group larger than 4 (there were 4 of us). Even though it said cleaning service, it was only on the checkin date and not daily housekeeping. Towels were same for all 4 days. (Nothing wrong with that...just can't toss them on the floor for new ones). Overall we loved this little place and would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel near station
The hotel located close to the railway station. The nearby area is not very busy and very quite at night. Overall the hotel is nice and good but only a little small. Suitable for max. 4 persons.

Tivemos um problema de comunicação na chega , por isso sugiro que fiquem em contato com a administradora principalmente se vc chegar à noite .Resolvido o problema so tenho elogios tanto para a localização, perto de muitas atrações ( fizemos quase tudo a pé) . O apartamento é uma gracinha , tudo novinho .Vc pode economizar bastante fazendo a refeição do cafe da manhã.. Tudo o que precisar o apt possui. Super indico . Ah, e no fim da rua tem uma pizza bem gostosa .. Ficaria novamente ..

Muy práctico con una gran ubicación
Es realmente un departamento y tuvimos que hablar al dueño para que nos abriera, quien se portó de manera muy amable. Lo recomiendo ya que aunque es pequeño tiene todo, Hasta cocineta y ahí desayunamos. Una gran ubicación a 12 minutos del Coliseo y Palatinos. Muy cerca de Termini. Muy bien todo

Excelente relação custo/benefício
A acomodação é compacta, porém funcional. Nada nos faltou. Estava muito bem limpa quando chegamos. Tudo funcionado perfeitamente. Não há serviço de arrumação/limpeza durante a estadia. Como o quarto fica no 1º andar de um pequeno prédio, sugiro o local para pessoas que não têm problemas de acessibilidade. Fizemos todos os passeios a pé. O Vaticano fica há aproximadamente 50 minutos. Há uma cantina na esquina próxima à acomodação com excelentes pratos (os preços também são convidativos). Ficarei novamente neste quarto se retornar à Roma.

In ottimo positzione. Pulita, ben arredata e ristrutturata. Perfetto per le famiglie o due coppie che viaggiono insieme. Su prezzo presentato al momento della prenotazione viene dopo aggiunto 30 euro in piu per tasse e pulizie.

Klein aber fein mitten im Zentrum
10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof auf der einen Seite und vom Colosseum auf der anderen Seite entfernt. Man kann Rom von hier aus perfekt erkunden.

Schönes Hotel zentral gelegen
Das Hotel liegt zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom. Es ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Sehr neu und funktional. Hauptbahnhof und Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. Supermärkte sehr nah. Restaurants sehr nah und gute Mischung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
