The staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was very nice and clean, but down side was the set up. No lobby entrance, had to fob in and out through two doors, then key into room, no 24/7 staff. Only 8am-11pm. I knew about that when I booked, but did not realize the property set up. The security part was fine, just awkward having no lobby to wait in for the drivers of our tours. We were forced to stand outside in front of the door and wait, and because the tram ran right in front, no cars were able to come directly in the front, and did cause a bit of confusion for our pick ups. The day we left for the airport was before staff arrived so we were directed to leave the key in the room. No problem, other than once we were outside that door, if there was an issue with our shuttle driver we had no way to get back into the building. The neighborhood is two blocks from the train/metro terminal, which can be convenient, and the tram rails right in front of the door. Only down side to both of those scenarios is that the many types of people walking about and lingering were not always comforting, especially on the early mornings we had to wait outside. On a whole, the experience was good, and I have nothing bad to say about the stay, but going forward I know now that I would prefer to stay somewhere with a lobby and 24/7 staff.
