Dear sir/madam, thanks for sharing your impressions of our property, the reason why you did not find any of these in our reviews is quite simple, none of our past guests (and believe it or not, also US citizens!) will agree with your opinion. For this reason, it is even more difficult for us to understand why you had such a negative experience. All our rooms have detailed photos on all sites, all our rooms have double-glazed windows and are quite isolated from the street, the area of Monti and Esquilino are renowned in all the city for their restaurants, cafes and ice creams parlours, and the 10-minute walk to the Colosseum can include Monti, Santa Maria Maggiore, Sante Prassede, San Pietro in Vincoli, the Colle Oppio park, the Domus Aurea and a few others useless sights and attractions dating back hundreds of years. In any case, if we can give you a suggestion for the future, try and express any perplexities with the reception, you will probably find someone able to help you to find a suitable solution, like a superior room facing the courtyard, a list of good restaurants and a few tips to discover a city and its wonders, especially if you decide to give us a second chance, try it, it works, Andrea

I send you my personal apology for the inconvenience of the noise, I can assure you that all our rooms are furnished with soundproofed windows, but as you can imagine, we are located in the centre of a large city and it is almost impossible to isolate the room from all the noises coming from the street You could have also asked our staff at reception to change your room if you were not feeling completely comfortable. Usually, the W-Fi works perfectly, but in order to connect you first have to register with us. Perhaps you missed this step and that is why it did not work - but our staff is always at your disposal for any queries. Dear Traveller, thank you for your review, I have nothing particular to say, probably we checked you in as soon as the room was finished, in the early morning, not telling you to came back after 2pm - which can explain why it was a bit cold - we usually open the windows while cleaning the room. With regards to the internet, hopefully you informed the reception, as we have plenty of access points and sometimes, after hundreds of different connections, a reboot can be necessary. But my real question is: can this justify such a low rating? Do you realise how this can affect our ranking? Unfortunately. I already have the answers, no, you do not.
