Ginevra is a Prestigious Representative Apartment, will allow you to stay in one of the most elegant and historical neighborhoods of Rome: Balduina. It is strategically located, 700 meters from the Panoramic Terrace, 1 km from the Vatican City, 5 km from Policlinico Gemelli, 600 meters from the Bus stop (Balduina). The neighborhood is well supplied with every activity, starting from Pharmacies, Restaurants, Shopping stores and Sharing Mobility services.



As soon as Geneva's door opens you will find yourself in the elegant entrance hall leading to the double living room with living room side and sitting room with 50 inch TV to the left you will have a kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and Nespresso coffee machine and a service bathroom to the right of the living room there is a small study then a bedroom with large wardrobes the bathroom with shower and the bedroom all furnished with designer pieces that make this house a real jewel.

LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro.

Annuncio non in linea con l’esperienza

Appartamento in linea con l’annuncio, ma lo stesso specificava la presenza di parcheggio e un late check out che non c’è stato. Sono stata sollecitata sia al check in che al check out di lasciare l’appartamento alle 10:00, e non entro la mezzanotte come specificato nell’annuncio. Il parcheggio non è a disposizione, bisogna sperare di trovare posto lungo la strada entro un raggio di 1 chilometro. La pulizia dell’appartamento non era completa, ho dovuto richiedere che venisse rifatta all’arrivo. E nonostante la solerzia nel venire a sostituire le lenzuola e altro, ovviamente utilizzando il resto dell’appartamento si poteva notare poca attenzione ai particolari.
