The apartment is laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, moka pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with a double bed (160x200 cm), chest of drawers, and desk;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- TERRACE with dining table (accessible from the living room and kitchen).

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.

The property is located in Rome’s Gianicolense area, commonly known as Monteverde. It is a residential area located west of the historic centre, characterised by tree-lined avenues, elegant buildings, and a lively area atmosphere.

Among the attractions in the immediate vicinity, Villa Doria Pamphilj stands out as Rome’s largest public park, ideal for walks and outdoor activities.

In addition, the area is well-served by public transport, with the Quattro Venti train station and several bus lines making it easy to get to the city centre.

- From Rome Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment in 30 minutes by taxi; otherwise, you can take a train to Roma Ostiense, then transfer to the train to Quattro Venti, and walk for about 8 minutes.



- From Rome Ciampino Airport, you can reach the apartment in 40 minutes by taxi; alternatively, you can take a train from Ciampino Station to Roma Trastevere (changing trains at Roma Termini) and then take Bus Line 871 to the Fonteiana/Donna Olimpia stop.



- From Roma Tiburtina Station, you can reach the apartment in 30 minutes by train; get off at Quattro Venti and walk for 8 minutes.



- From Roma Termini Station, the apartment is a 50-minute bus ride on Line 75; get off at the Barrili stop and walk for 10 minutes.



- If you’re travelling by car, you can park—for a fee—at the garage
