perfect for people who dont want to interact with people too much, the wifi didnt work but they’re aware of the issues and it seems like a second property. fast response time through the primary means of communication and good location.

No instructions on how to turn on the AC. It was very hot, and we were sweating in the room. This property is not a real hotel, there's no front desk and employees around. More of a rooms in a old building take care of yourself type of thing. Not an NorthAmerican style hotel.

The reception wasn't staffed in person as was advertised and there were no instructions as to how to check-in. Made contact via WhatsApp and was able to access the room after about 25 minutes but not before sending a copy of my passport and paying the city tax via an online link. Not a big deal but as data coverage wasn't good at the entrance this was not efficient.

Struttura composta solo di stanze per ospiti con accesso indipendente. Reception e cucina in comune, non presidiata da personale. Serrature elettroniche ovunque e nessun contatto umano. Stanza spartana. Servizio caffè solo in cucina e non in stanza. Nessuna connessione GSM in stanza ed il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato, neanche dopo segnalazione all’host. La maniglia del bagno non è fissata e cade per terra. La serratura elettronica della reception funzionava alla sera, ma al mattino non funzionava più. Pareti molto sottili con nessun comfort acustico: si sentono i rumori del bagno e le voci delle stanze da letto. Nessuna privacy sonora. Struttura senza pretese e con servizi sotto la media
