This charming one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere, one of the oldest and most authentic neighborhoods in the Historic Center of Rome. Trastevere is known for its timeless atmosphere, cobbled streets, historic churches, and lively piazzas full of cafés, restaurants, and artisan shops.

The location of this apartment is exceptional. Very close to all Trastevere ships/bars/restaurants - many just on the same street. Walking to historic center is about ten-fifteen minutes (Piazza Navona, Campo Fiori, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc). Vatican is about twenty minutes walk along the Tiber. Apartment is small and traditional - perfect for a couple who want to be in the action. There is a kitchenette with everything you would need to cook on (but why?), and a clothes washer. Communication with Alberto was easily the best we have experienced- prompt, helpful, great English. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting this area of Rome.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location

Lovely apartment with all amenities.Communication was good with Rosaria and Angelo. Location was excellent, close to many restaurants and bars but very quiet in the apartment at night.Within walking distance of most of the sights.

Wonderful location and accommodations!

Our stay here was perfect! The host was so accommodating and even helped organize a car to pick us up from the airport! The location was great, right in the heart of Trastevere! I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend it to anyone taking a trip to Rome!

Perfect apartment in great location

We totally enjoyed our stay in Trastevere. Great location right amongst the local eateries and bars. The restaurants recommended by Rosaria were lovely, although a good 20 minute uphill walk away which was fine by us. Young and vibrant locals and an easy walk to a lot of the popular sites

Pleasant 4 days!

Great location in Trestevere. Close to Piazza Trilussa and great food, gelatrias and Ubers lifts. We also walked along the tibre to the Vatican. The apartment was up a flight off stairs. No lift on premisses. AC available if needed. Bellisimo!

Real neighborhood

This area of Rome is less touristic. The shops are owned and operated by locals. It was a good home base for our trip.

Loved our stay

We had a great time in Rome. The apartment was clean, well laid out, and the bathroom was bigger than some I’ve seen in other small European apartments. The shower was especially great with excellent water pressure. The neighborhood can’t be beat either! Trastevere has turned into a great foodie spot for sure.

Great Location

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of everything in Trastevere. You will be surrounded by excellent restaurants, and while this is a very lively neighborhood, the apartment is quiet. Very secure, very comfortable, amenities were great. I would absolutely book again and hope it is available when we return to Rome.

Trastavere - A lively community

We had a wonderful time at this location, the atmosphere was intoxicating with so many young people having a good time. The location was ideal, well within walking distance to everything, the amenities were very nice and working with Rosaria was a pleasure. Intro to Rome

Great location. Owner arranged for driver from the airport and met us at the apartment to show us everything. Apartment was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. Angelo was also very responsive when we’d text and ask questions or for recommendations.

Absolutely the best in the heart if Trastevere

This is a special apartment. Right in the heart, but as soon as you pass through the door to the hallway of the building the noise disappears. It is tranquil, safe, clean and the best place to stay. Check in was easy and we were greeted with a gift of sparkling wine and dessert. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is very usable and the laundry is convenient. I hope to stay here again.

A perfect apartment for two

We stayed for three nights and found the apartment be perfect. It is exactly as advertised in the listing. The mattress is nicely firm and comfortable. The apartment was quiet, facing an interior courtyard. There is a convenient washing machine, and you can dry your clothes on a clothesline right out the over the courtyard. We would happily stay again.

Great apartment in Trastevere

We’ve enjoyed very much our stay in this apartment. Even though it is located in the buzzing Trastevere neighborhood, which is full of restaurants and shops, the apartment is amazingly quiet, with a view to an internal garden. The apartment has all amenities you need, and because of its central location, we could come back to cool down and escape the early afternoon heat. Rosaria is an excellent host. We’d love to come back!

Very quiet appartment in the center of Trastevere

The appartment is located in the "zona piedonale" of Trastevere with many bars and restaurants around. The appartment is not located on the street, so it is very quiet. It is very functional, all is there (except the coffee machine which is mentioned on the photos but not there). It is very easy to communicate with the host. You can go there for sure. If we come back to Roma, we will be happy to stay again at this place.

Amazing stay

We could not have picked a better place to spend our Rome vacation. This apartment is so cute and so quaint and we loved it. The air conditioning was ice cold and was SO welcome after the heat of July in Rome. Our host was amazing and responded promptly to every question. When we checked out my boyfriend left his phone after we locked ourselves out. We were so relieved that ten minutes later she came to let us in to retrieve it…that could have been bad as we had a flight in a few hours. I simply cannot say enough! Thank you SO much!

Hidden gem in the heart of Trastevere

Let's face it, Trastevere is a hip, bumping neighborhood in Rome. With a constant buzz along the restaurants and shops that are littered throughout the neighborhood, this location is an oasis that allows you to get away from it all. While the streets and bars can get loud, we could only hear faint noise from our room in the back of this apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience thanks to incredible communication from the host, a clean unit, and fantastic location. If anything, there was a loud neighbor watching soccer one night across the courtyard...but it may've added to the Roman experience.

Description of property did not match eg no Living area with sofa & TV. No coffee pod machine. No access to outdoor area. No clothes dryer, only clothes-line. Fridge/freezer not working. Bar fridge supplied, however this needed to be unplugged to use the microwave. No instructions as how to get to property eg suggested bus from train station. Property was in a good location & host replied but property did not meet descrition which was disappointing.

Cozy and comfortable in the heart of Trastevere

This place was perfect and I couldn’t think of anything more that would make it more wonderful! The most perfect spot in Rome location-wise. The bed is so comfortable and the ac was doing its thing! Fantastic stay in Rome!

Great Roman holiday!

Everything was fine except there wasn’t a Keurig coffee pot! Very quiet and the air conditioner was fantastic. Location was great, lots of restaurants within a five minute walk! Lovely setting and felt very safe , would stay there again! Will recommend to friends coming over! Thanks for a great stay!
