The hotel is rated as 4*, but it feels much more like a good hostel. It is clean and the staff is welcoming and pleasant. However, the shower in our room was so tiny that a man wouldn't be able to fit in. The toilet was squeezed between the shower and a wall. The toilet paper was of that cheapest kind where you need to use a meter of it just to keep your fingers dry. The hotel only gave one roll per day, so we had to use our tissues. The breakfast was continental. The croissants were very nice and fresh. The coffee, however, was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a coffee machine, but a pot of americano. The coffee was so weak, I couldn't believe it was served in Italy. Overall, the hotel was ok. Just be aware, it's definitely not a 4* but rather 2.5 - 3*.

Overall the experience was above average, the staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only issue was because it is located across the street from the Termini Train Station, there were a few people in general in the area that caused us to feel uncomfortable.

The rooms are small, but clean and in good condition. In our room the air conditioning was very substandard, and it was never able to reduce the temperature to 25C. The breakfast was quite good.

We were really disappointed with the check in, the lady at the desk was rude. She asked for our confirmation number, when we gave it to her she didn’t bother to look at it and then asked for the confirmation email. This was the worst check in I and my sisters have had. We left our bags as we were too early to check in. When we returned the new receptionist was very helpful. Apart from the one lady the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful

I ,love the people behind the counter and the whole staff BUT the room was very hot, no problem they gave me an other room wich was very much better BUT! Very hard to get in and out of to the shower, the shower was very slippery, you could get HURT!!

The only thing that disappointed me the most was that this hotel deceived consumers. I originally booked the twin bed in the picture above, but when I arrived, I was only given a single bed in a very small room next to the elevator. The photos provided by the website are deceiving, very very disingenuous, very disappointed. It seems that the website has not made any corrections to this, so everyone must be careful when booking a room.

Do not stay at this hotel as a 3* review would be generous. The rooms and bathroom is tiny and you can barely get in the shower. Breakfast was included in the price but there was no food past 8:45 except toast, cereal and a handful of sad eggs. The walls are paper thin and you can hear noise from the corridors and rooms either side. This was exacerbated by a school trip arriving who were shouting and running around until the early hours. We complained several times and were told “not to worry about it” which lead to us barely sleeping the whole time. We complained to our travel agent when we got back and were told that the hotel admitted there was noise disturbance after several complaints from other guests so we expected a refund. After a few days we were told we couldn’t have a refund because we “didn’t complain when we were there”. This was completely untrue! In addition to this we complained that the hairdryer was broken and the hotel claimed it was fixed during our stay. Well how can they know the hairdryer was broken if we didn’t tell them? Overall it was a terrible stay at an awful hotel. Don’t waste your money.

We stayed in this property 12 years ago and we came back due to its location across from central train station It’s small and basic nothing fancy beds are terrible springs poking through in both rooms we booked , pillows were flat as pancakes . I would not hesitate to stay here again due to location .

Clean, nice linen and towels. Handy to train station, supermarket and McDonalds. Breakfast good, staff kept dining area clean and well maintained. Pleasant rooftop room. Room very tiny for 3 of us. Nowhere to put suitcases. Internet sluggish and difficult to connect. Tv reception poor on English speaking channels. Wallpaper coming away from wall in our room. Overall, would not class this a 4 star hotel.

Nice staff. Hotel is clean. Transportation is across the street. It’s a city, so expect some noise and lots of crowds. Other than that, it is a great place to stay!

I just dont think it is a 4 stars hotel. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, lack of pillows and the one given is really bad quality. It needs upgrades on power outlets and they need to make the wifi password more simple or have it written on a paper for the clients.

Staff was very nice. Bed was OK. But the bathroom was horrible. Toilet was squeezed in-between the shower & wall with the toilet paper on the other side of the shower with the bidet! While showering, my elbows would hit the walls of the shower when trying to take a shower (it literally is 2'x2') and I am a small person! No tissues. Soap dispenser was empty. No English-speaking channels on the TV (no CNN or BBC). Breakfast was mediocre at best as there was only 1 bowl of fruit which consisted only of apples & something else (kiwi?)...mostly breads. So, for the money, it was way too expensive for what you get. There are much better options available near Termini station. I will not stay here again.

Staff was pretty helpful, but not overly. Didn't give us towels so they offered that we could get more if we walked down to front desk. Here's the kicker - we looked out our window onto the train station and a squad of homeless people. Would not recommend for that reason alone, unless you are coming in by train and want the convenience. Never-the-less, we didn't feel unsafe, but it is the most unsavory neighborhood that we've ever been to in Rome.

We would stay there again
The stay was pleasant and centrally located to all amenities- food, cafes, transport to sites. The only draw back was a slight problem maintaining a wifi connection at times. Front desk staff exceptionally helpful and a delight to converse with.

The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the train station and the breakfast. If you have a very short time, maybe this hotel would work. Otherwise, stay somewhere else.

The bathroom was so small. It was smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. The shower was the smallest I've ever seen. No air conditioning, so you have to open the windows which was very loud.

Only good thing about this hotel was its location. Poor attitude from staffs from check in until check out. Sink wasn’t working and shower was so small. And it was very noisy with poor sound proofing, and there was construction by the street around 6am in the morning. Will never go back again.
