Even if they think it’s irrelevant.I have heard different comments but in almost 5 years since the opening, I have never read unpleasant comments about the Staff. Chapter Roma’s staff is renown for its kindness, dedication and positive attitude. Honestly when I read your review, I thought you were referring to another Hotel.By saying that I acknowledge some issues that we have but I proud myself of the Hotel Staff. And it’s not only me saying that but hundreds of Guests who have stayed with us this summer and in the past.However if some member of Staff did not smile enough during your stay, please accept my sincere apologies. This is not our standard of operations.If this situation has not fully tarnished your impression of Chapter Roma and should you come to the Eternal City, I’ll be very happy to meet you personally and have a glass (…or two) of Prosecco.Wish you all the best,Jacopo Arosio
