good location, perfect lay out and bright

The appartment is perfectly located in a nice neighbourhood, close to the historic centre. We enjoyed the space, and all basic amenities required where available. Communication with Iflat is swift and accurate. One small remark is that the appartment could use some soft decorations to reduce bad acoustics.

Rome stay

Good location. Close to bus line and taxi spot, easy to walk to sites. Responsive to contact. Good AC - very nice since it was super hot! Nice terrace/deck with lovely plants. Couldn’t enjoy deck b/c only had table & chairs with little cover & no loungers, so not comfortable, especially with the heat. Needed covering, loungers & fan to make a comfortable outdoor experience.Bedrooms were nice, lots of space & storage. Beds were good; loft bed was hard.Bathrooms were good, nice showers.Main room has table with chairs but no comfortable places to sit. Needs small couch or few comfortably chairs to make more space of a place for group to gather. Only places for everyone to hang out is at tables with hard plastic chairs.We used the “tv” room - bedroom with sofa bed - as a bedroom, so not an option for tv watching or lounging on the couch in there. Basically we all headed to our bedrooms after sight seeing. Would have rathered had a place would could comfortable gather & visit.Check in was problematic. Need to use 2 keys on flat door & they are tricky. No explanation provided & we got locked out! Response was quick but issue was frustrating. Also no guide to use of anything in flat, so just experimented to get things to operate. Absent increase in furniture for group gathering & better explanation of locks/use of flat, wouldn’t stay here again.

Très agréable

L’appartement est très bien situé et la terrasse est un véritable plus! Les soirées furent très agréables et tout ça à 2 pas du centre historique et du Vatican!Un léger petit bémol concernant l’équipement du logement. Il manque un peu de vaisselle et un peu plus de mobilier sur les terrasses pour vraiment en profiter un maximum. Au delà de ça, l’appartement est quand même top et le service a l’arrivée était top!
