Bright and quiet apartment in the heart of Trastevere, just around the corner from the lively restaurants and cafès of this picturesque Roman neighborhood and from the panoramic view of the Gianicolo terrace. The home is set on the first floor and is composed of two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, one single (can become twin) with desk and wardrobe. There are also a second bathroom and a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette, complete with cooking utensils, stove, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The apartment comes with airconditioning/heating, wifi, smart tv, iron, heaidryer and courtesy toiletries. Guest have access to a laundry area with washing machines and dryers.
Parking is in the courtyard of the property. Onsite staff from 9:30 to 16.00.

Please be informed that Mulino di Trastevere is in a traffic restricted area (ZTL).
The ZTL is normally active from: Monday to Saturday from 6.30 to 10.00 and from Friday to Saturday from 21.30 to 3.00 (subject to changes)

You will see an electronic sign at the "entrance" of the ZTL reporting one of the 2 options:

Lovely apartment and perfect location

we met with the host on arrival and she was just lovely. She spoke perfect English and was really helpful. First impressions were really good, beautiful apartment and location was amazing, parking provided too which was great. Apartment was a little bit smaller than the photos suggested but this was ok for us. I loved the fact we had parking although we had to be careful about the ‘zone Attiva’. It was active on one of the evenings we were returning. Need to speak with the property owners and get in contact with poliza to let them know we were staying in the area so we don’t get a fine. There was a small plumbing issue in one of the showers )it didn’t drain properly) but again this was minor on the overall scheme of things. Very pleasant stay overall.

Great apartment in a convenient location

The property manager was great, we were delayed and arrived without our luggage and she met us when we arrived and helped with places to buy clothes and toiletries. The place was beautiful with great views of thr botanic gardens.
