Independent three-room apartment near the Colosseum Metro station-Domus in Rome

Located in a small building on a very quiet street in the heart of a residential neighborhood full of every convenience, the apartment, entirely at your disposal, has an independent entrance that ensures complete autonomy.

It consists of 2 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook.
The room arrangement can be adapted to your needs: in both rooms the beds can be set up as doubles or singles, with the possibility of adding a crib for small children and an extra folding bed for other special needs.

Breakfast is included in the price, as are bed and bath linens.

Ideal for families with children, thanks to the presence of an outdoor courtyard and parks nearby. Small pets are allowed.

The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free internet connection.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, even with windows open or when leaning out. Penalties will be applied in case of violation of the NO SMOKING policy.

Self check-in is available from 2:30 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM, but we can be more flexible upon request and depending on previous and subsequent bookings.

Public transportation is available nearby, connecting you in just a few minutes to the airport, train stations, and the center of Rome.
