Cozy apartment recently renovated, perfect for families or groups, offers a mix of modern comfort and historical charm.
Consisting of 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two of which are en-suite), a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with 3 double beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
In the living room there is a large and comfortable sofa and other comfortable seats.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, juicer, espresso machine and Italian moka.
In all rooms there is fiber optic Wi-Fi, smart TV to watch sports, cinema, TV series, documentaries.

Excellent location for the heart of Rome

Flavia was an excellent hostess who made sure we arrived easily and was always quick to reply to any questions. The property is a modern and very comfortable apartment within easy reach of the heart of Rome. We will definitely stay here again.
