Roman oasis

Lovely spacious apartment, well located, clean, great layout, quiet, fabulous terrace space, well equipped. Much better than the overpriced hotels! Overall, one of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in.

Rome - lovely balcony

This property was great for our 10 night stay in Rome.Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our wine.It is in within walking distance to all the famous site.The property manager was very responsive to any questions.

Hidden Gem!

Nice unit and great location with a wonderful view. Well suited for our family and very walkable from the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. Short taxi ride to Borghese Galleria and Termini Station.

Excellent Rome Stay!

We loved our experience at this apartment! The location was ideal for walking to all the sites we wanted to see and so close to tons of restaurants and shopping. We loved the terrace and the balconies in each room. The space was clean and met all our needs! Would recommend.

Wonderful 4 Nights in Rome

Beautifully maintained apartment as advertised. Walking distance to Vatican and other great attractions. The apartment building had a slight scent of cigarettes, but absolutely none of if was in the apartment itself. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location to all that Rome offers

Great location. Walking distance to Vatican City, restaurants, Spanish steps, etc. it was great to stay in an apartment instead of a traditional hotel. And my group took full advantage of the balcony … wine, cocktails, coffee, good conversation. Quiet neighborhood. Loved it.

Great apartment, fabulous situation, very friendly check in, shower fixed straight away, superb views of church domes , a little cold to use the terrace. But will definitely come back to use it , very clean, neat modern kitchen, lovely sitting area , bedrooms very roomy and comfortable only one shower so had one couple had to use shower in bath Thankyou will be back

Perfect location in Rome

Perfect location to explore Rome. We could take off on foot in any direction and come across fascinating things to do and see. The apartment is clean and cozy with comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. The best part is the deck with amazing views. Even in December it was nice enough to sit outside for espresso in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Francesca was friendly and easy to communicate with. A lovely and memorable stay, thank you so much!

LOCATION

The location of this apartment is incredible. Everything is in walking distance. It was immaculately clean and. comfortable. The only downside was a staircase in between the bedrooms and the upstairs kitchen and family room. Great stay and wonderful communication.

Excellent Apt with attractions all in walkable distance

The apartment is very very modern and clean. the kitchen has a lavazza coffee maker with lots of coffee and condiments. We liked the separation of the common rooms from the bedrooms. Great Rome views out each window and we watched the parrots fly in and out of the trees. The balcony comfortably seats six people. The communication between our host and ourselves was excellent We would stay here again.

Amazing Location in Rome

This 2 BR apartment just off Vittorio Emmanuel was the perfect place for our family of 3 to stay for our Roman vacation. A 4th floor apartment with a lift to make getting up and down each day was a nice surprise. The location is accessible to all major landmarks and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We have a 2 year old baby and this apartment was perfect for our family with a kitchen, washer, soaking tub and wonderful terrace to enjoy mornings or nights after a day of seeing the city. Would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.

Great location!

Apartment was in a great location. In walking distance to major tourists attractions and close to great restaurants. Very clean , renovated apartment in an old Roman building. It has one shower in one bathroom only. I wish I read the description of apartment more carefully. The communication with hostess was good. Overall, it’s a great apartment rental in a wonderful location.

Great place in the middle of Rome

We enjoyed staying here. Clean and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms. You just need to be aware of the sloping roof in the bedroom. Also, there are stairs in the unit between the bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. We had meals out on the balcony, it was beautiful. You are walking distance to the Vatican in one direction, and then the old city in the other.

We stayed a little over week exploring Rome and found this apartment to be centrally located for walking around. Breakfast & aperitifs on the balcony every day. My only negative is that we were having issues with the espresso machine, which is essential! :)

Love the location. Easy walking access to all the main attractions of Rome. Being near the Tiber River was great for walking/running. Lots of people in the city yet felt off the bustling path of the apartment. Having a washer was great.A few items that kept this review from 5 stars. Lots of stairs! The apartment is in an old building with a small lift …. But we were also going up & down in the apartment, so never felt relaxed. I did see this mentioned in the VBRO listing but thought our active, healthy bodies could handle it. But by the end of the day we were exhausted Also, we missed having some basic kitchen items like dish rags. We made it work. Again, great location. Just be ready for lots of up & down.
