I was upset that the upgrade was to a bed 4-6 inches off the ground and with a cracked and broken slat , woke up with half my body on the floor and some shady guests coming in the room at 3:00 am with a mask on, wasn’t very pleasant for myself or one other guest in the room ...

I was overall very pleased with our stay. The location and price is great. The staff is very friendly. This is one of the better hostels that I have been to.

The hostel is located in a really good location very central it was easy to find however the hostel name outside is not that big for you to notice it. The front desk people where very friendly, also provided suggestion on places to go and there is even a restaurant next to the hostel provide great food definitely worth trying.

The staff is pretty nice, it's well located and the guy who stays during the night is really nice. Too bad wifi doesn't work well in the rooms.

Best Bang for Your Buck
The front-desk stuff was super friendly and the price was fair for what they offered. The only downside is the people you will be rooming with, which is a hit-or-miss. My stay and my fellow hostel mates were very nice people overall, except for one rude guest that would disturb the tranquility in the room. The hostel is clean, very close to Termini Station, about a five-minute walk, and one of the cheapest in the area. It is a hostel so do not expect more than a bed and some sheets. For me it was not a problem, since I prefer to bring my own toiletries and towels when I travel.

This wasn't the cleanest hotel ever, but for the price it's a good deal. Can't complain. And the staff is great! Incredible linguists in just about any language, with lots of helpful info about the area. :)

Just a reminder that not all rooms look like the ones pictured online. the room I was put in looked more like a squat than a hostel and Id really rather have not had to use the bathroom there.

I think the location is the best part of this place. However, there was a lot of noise in the room I stayed. The staff I got to interact with was extremely friendly and they helped me when I had questions about the city. The room was acceptable but then again the price is not bad. The noise was really my main concern.

Though they “just installed” the water heater for our room, I had to keep asking for help to get the hot water to work. Was told over and over again “just push the button, it’s new”. They ran out of towels upon my arrival so I had to go buy some at the shop next door, double what the hostel charged. Second to last day we were informed of another shower that we could have used this entire time. Location was conveniently close to Termini; but no lift access. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Let Down.
Reception was lovely! Hostel wasn't. We arrived and there was no water in the entire building after a long day travelling all you want to do is have a nice shower but it was impossible with the water issue and what service fee are we paying when there is no service up to standards. Over all if you want a bed to sleep on then that's fine but if you want the extras that you pay for it would go elsewhere.

Wouldn't use again
Customer service at the front desk on arrival and departure was poor and staff were rude on all occasions we had contact with them, mostly distracted and dismissive. The lift in the building is unable for use for customers of this establishment and reserved for other guests in the same building. The room was mostly clean and hygienic although in a state of disrepair and hurried upgrading. An open fuse box underneath the sink with exposed wires doesn't look particularly safe. Overall, very noisy and a disturbed 2 nights were spent here, so much we considered moving on the first day but as you can expect reasonably priced accommodation was already full.

Below average hotel, great staff
The hotel is in a great location, close to Termini station. This makes getting around Rome really easy. However, the hotel itself is kinda grimy, and the Wi-Fi is spotty. My toilet stopped working on friday, and no one came to look until Monday. The shower head had a build up of calcium or something that prevented a steady stream of water from coming out. There was a desktop computer in the room, but it did not have an Ethernet cord so was not connected to the internet. The staff was pleasant and friendly, but were clearly lazy.

It was a great experience to be in this hostel mainly for its perfect location in the centre of the city. It is closed to Termini train station with its metro station linked with the most important touristic destinations in the city. It's also clean and the services inside are cheap!!!!!!!!!!!! a cup of coffee is only 1 euro!!!!!!! I do recommend it for people with limited budget! Enjoy the beauty of Rome!!!!!

There is nothing good about this hostel
There is nothing good about this hostel except its location. 1.Poorly maintained room with no wifi. It was 8 beds per room while booking but they put us in a room with 10 beds. 2.One poorly maintained small washroom for around 30-40 guys/gals on a floor. Shower was also not working properly. 3. After charging the room rent and taxes , they overcharged for the bedsheet. 4. No iron in room or anywhere.

The photos make it look good. It has zero charm and the kitchen is disgusting and doesn't have most basic things like a coffee maker, or a kettle. Everything about the hostel looks dirty and needs fixing or a renovation. It's not rustic, it's unmaintained and uncared for. I stayed in a 4 person dorm with ensuit bathroom. The room is small and other than 2 bunk beds and a small table it's unfurnished, no clothes storage or lockers or lamps. Zero decor. The shower handle was broken off and every time you flush the toilet a strong sewer odour crept through the room. Staff was okay but un attentive and not very helpful. You pay 3 euros for bed sheets and 10 euro deposit for your room key. Bed linens were at least very clean and seemed pretty new. And the hostel lobby and restaurant area is cleaned up and chic. After you leave the 1st floor though all the charm disappears. No major problems so I wouldn't say don't stay there but stay if you only need a bed to crash in. This is not the place you want to hang out at or that you will enjoy being at. Most suitable for solo travellers.

OK hostel, needs a bit of work
We stayed for one night. The wifi is only in the common room, which only has uncomfortable garden furniture in it and looks a bit like a hospital waiting room. The kitchen could do with a good clean and include more cooking utensils. The beds are very preloved, sag in the middle and creak if you think about moving! The bathroom needs a bit of work, it looks like it used to be a nice bathroom.

All the bathrooms in poor conditions...
Just stayed one night. Didn't shower because all the showers were very deteriorated. The floor was wet, like they didn't cleaned it for 1 week. They just offer a good bed. They lack of personal staff.

If you're only staying a day or 2, this hostel is perfect for you. 5 minutes from the train staion, 2 minutes from the airport bus shuttle. The stuff is very helpful. The only downside is the overall conditions (showers, kitchen, rooms), that's why the rating for this place is just 2.5!

Very disappointed.
I stayed here to save 40 euro (was staying in another hotel with my gf but she left earlier) and deeply regret that decision. There was no wifi in the rooms. There were no outlets near the beds. Although it was 35-40 celsius outside there was neither AC nor a fan in the room. The shower was shared for about 20 people and was filthy. For the extra 40 euro I could've stayed in a private room nearby for my 3 day stay. As well this hotel felt unsafe as there was no security between each floors and it is in Termini area. Overall my suggestion is this hostel is not worth the money you might save. For its low quality it is VERY overpriced.

Look for another hostel
Wifi is only in the main area, and is poor to say just at this place. Room was not what I booked and service was extremely poor. Didn't even get a key to my own room.

値段だけ見ないように
値段が値段なので、本当に寝るだけでOKという方にだけオススメできます。 1人スタッフで日本語を話せる方が1人います。 ベッドは倒れるんじゃないかというくらいキシキシ音がなります。布団も羽が沢山とび出ていました笑 シャワーがありましたが、お湯はほぼ出ず、チョウバエが何匹も壁に止まっていました。wifiも部屋まではあまり届かない為、帰ったから寝るまではずっと共用スペースで過ごしていました。

シャワーの水が変な方向にしか出ず、浴びるのが大変でした。Wi-Fiも部屋まで届いたら届かなかったりと残念でしたが、立地は良く他に不満はなかったです。
