Each room features a double bed (with additional single beds available), fast Wi-Fi, a courtesy kit (sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, extra pillows and blankets), independent heating, air conditioning, and cooking utensils. No private parking, but free public parking is available on the street.
Eight rooms with double beds, accommodating up to 14 guests. Seven bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Two spacious living rooms for relaxation and socializing. Two fully equipped kitchens with necessary utensils (food not provided).
