The apartment, which is 70 square metres in size, is located in the Flaminio area, a short distance from the Lungotevere, on the seventh floor with an lift, within a quiet private complex with an interior garden. The centre of Rome is a ten-minute tram ride away. The Olympic Stadium and the Auditorium Parco della Musica are a 5-minute walk away. An ideal choice for short tourist stays or business trips.



The apartment features hardwood floors and consists of an entryway with a spacious closet featuring mirrored sliding doors, a double bedroom, a living room with an open kitchen, a powder room, and a bathroom.

Each room features large windows, curtains, and blackout blinds.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a chest of drawers, a closet, a flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, and a desk.

The living room features a dining table, a sofa with a coffee table, and an open-concept kitchen equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, refrigerator, moka pot, toaster, and all the necessary cooking utensils.

The bathroom, accessed through an antechamber, is equipped with a shower stall, sink, bidet, and hair dryer.

An iron, ironing board, and clothesline are provided, and sets of towels and bed linens are supplied for each guest.



Additional amenities available to guests: flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial channels, unlimited Wi-Fi, and heating.



Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.



The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
