It has been a very disappointing experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel reservation and front desk are not reasonable and not helpful. We had an error in booking and the hotel is not accommodating at all.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was a combination of modern and old architecture, very clean with friendly staff who were there for us. We enjoyed buffet breakfast with variety of food and drinks including champagne and all kinds of fresh fruit juices and homemade cakes and Italian desserts. Rooftop restaurant has a great view with live music, and we had great time having dinners and drinks there. Rooms are clean and with modern design. SPA and pool area is very nice, clean, and quiet that after a busy day you can relax there. We loved staying there and I recommend it to everyone who has a great taste. N. Nazmi from the US. .

Disappointing stay.
This hotel is very over-priced for the quality of their rooms and the service they provide. We booked a queen bed but instead were given a room with 2 single bed pieced together. We booked a 50min couple massage but was shortchanged cuz only 40min was actually done. The staff is slow in getting our stored luggage and we missed our train despite staying directly opposite the station. The surrounding environment is also not very safe and clean. Overall,I will not book again.

Likes: Huge suite with two balconies. Great included breakfast (top notch). Great included spa experience. Hotel staff very helpful in calling taxi service for us and for helping us get tickets to the Vatican. Dislikes: Wife was furious because air condition would not cool enough and would shut off. After complaining about this on multiple occasions to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue, except for being told that they would take care of it, but nothing happened. This is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Very stingy on hand soap and other room toiletries. I had to ask for more soap, since they only gave you one tiny bar of soap. Shower leaking water through the shower walls onto the suite wood floor. This was brought to the front desk’s attention. Cocktails and fancy dinner at the hotel restaurant were way overpriced for what you got. The breakfast which was included in our rate was actually better that our dinner there.

You guys will not be disappointed! From the time you arrive in your taxi you’re greeted by the car door. Rain or shine. One raining yucky day the doorman ran outside in the rain and held up the umbrella and opened the door. The food in there is delicious. ALL YOU CAN EAT BREAKFAST BUFFET! Very comfortable beds and awesome water pressured shower heads and stone bathtubs! The staff are at the highest quality of professional! Front desk, bellman, doorman, and restaurant staff Lorenzo the doorman has to be my favorite person in the hotel! He’s the doorman! You guys you must stay here!!! Worth every Euro❤️

We stay here all the time because of the location and proximity to many things. It is close to most of the tourist attractions, has a nice breakfast and bar area and is just across from the termini train station which we use a lot

I don't think the staff here understands the concept of good customer service, especially expected from a 5 star property. There was a taxi strike in Rome the last 2 days (of 3) that we stayed at the property. The night before checkout I call to arrange for a private car and the answer was that the taxi strike will be over by the morning (my departure). The next morning I check out and ask the bellman for a taxi and the answer was that strike is still on and asked me to arrange for an uber myself at the last minute (at 7 AM in the morning), while scrambling to get to the airport in time. Pure luck, I got an uber just in time (considering that they were in demand due to the taxi strike). Also - at the time of check-in, we request the front desk to call a restaurant to make a reservation - the answer was no one is picking up at the restaurant - my wife gets a local sim and we call, and surprisingly we get through at first attempt (coincidence? maybe not! ). This is not the customer service what we are used to from staying at many other 5 star properties in this trip and in prior trips. This was the worst hotel experience of this trip of 20 days, having stayed at 7 different hotels across different towns in Italy. I would happily give all the other 6 hotels a 5 star rating and this one not more than 2 stars.

It's not bad and conveniently located next to the train station. But we had no water from time to time in our bathroom and when it was on, it was a trickle. Weird smell in the foyer. Our room also had worn leather bean bags stacked against the wall to conceal unfinished building work.

Disappointing
The hotel was nice enough but overly priced. The WiFi was not functional in our room or limited in signal. I would expect a usable connection for the price of this kind of hotel. The hotel seems modern and elegant but some of the feature are broken. The spa shower is inoperable. The best thing about this hotel is the location and friendly staff. The building and rooms could use some TLC.

The staff was superb, very friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is very well located only a 20min walk from the main attractions, such as the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps etc. The only downside is that our room on the third world was shaking every time a big vehicle would pass by and the room’s ventilation wasn’t as great. However, we had a great time. The breakfast was perfect for us, very nutritious and very filling.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and usually have a great experience. This time around it was extremely different. They had just reopened and seemed unorganized. Despite giving a note ahead of time that we were on our honeymoon and are returning guests, they didn’t have our room ready for us. We waited an hour and a half after the check in time. They did upgrade the room but only after we had to remind them of our note. the staff didn’t even offer us water after our travels. We also ordered waters to the room 2 times before having it delivered after a 3rd phone call to the reception. The hotel has always been a great experience for us but this time around it just didn’t feel the same.

Services down, dirty spa and food poisoning...
After traveling across Europe for a few weeks the final stop for our stay in Rome was here at this hotel. I hate leaving negative reviews but feel the experience myself and my Aunt had here should be shared with those who may have high hopes for booking this property. When we checked in the phone in the room was not working. I couldn't call down the to front desk, spa or room service. Instead I was using my personal cell phone to reach the hotel. This was not only a hassle but also at my own expense. After taking spa appointments we witnessed two young couples in the jacuzzi hot tub in the spa area behaving very inappropriately. It was disgusting illicit acts that do not need to be repeated here. I will say we are just glad that we did not have children with us. When I spoke to Marco the manager about this he seemed to smile and find this concern amusing. I was disappointed with the phone not working in the room as well and I had the feeling I was bothering him with these matters. Lastly, to make us 100% sure we will never stay at this hotel again, when eating breakfast at the Senses restaurant downstairs, my Aunt got very sick. She has been traveling and didn't have anything to eat until this meal at the hotel. We are sure it was the omelet she had there and sadly could not eat or sleep for a day and a half. The photos look nice and the location was great however if you can find a better spot for your money I would recommend it. This was a big let down for us.

Great place but barely warm water for one week in a suite is difficult to accept for a 5 stars Palazzo... Hotels conveniently situated across the termini station so very handy if you arrive by train from the airport. Surroundings are not the best ( a bit noisy and at the crossing of 2 mains streets). Service was impeccable including the in house spa. Food was also very good.

Staff was very helpful you could walk to most site seeing the only thing you need to keep in mind as you are not told when you ask them to call a taxi for you they charge £14 just to make the call! It was a big shock to see on your bill. So you pay the taxi driver and the hotel also the breakfast is £25 for just sitting down I had toast and tea and it still cost £25 very expensive.

Concerning the € 14,00 that you saw on your bill, this amount is for the city tax and not for the taxi. We are not allowed to charge any amount for the public taxi on the bill. Please check carefully your bill. The city tax is a tax that is asked from the City of Rome at every hotel, B&B or acomodation. Regarding the breakfast the cost of € 25,00 in not only for a toast or a tea but it consists of a rich and varied buffet along with a wide selection of delights in our a'la carte menu which does not incur a supplement. Loved it here
Great location is very close to the train station which has a fast train from the airport. The staff was delightful and very helpful. We originally had one of the rooms with the angled walls. We had an issue with the hot water and the manager could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We moved to a spa room which was lovely. The hotel is housed in a very old, gorgeous building but inside it is fully modern. If you do have mobility issues, make sure to check to make sure that they can accommodate you. The shower in our first room was in a very deep bathtub which would be difficult for someone with any physical limitations to use and the second room had steps inside. The neighbor had some great places nearby to eat and the main sites were a quick cab ride away. We will be happy to return here one day soon!

It's modern, very clean and elegant hotel, situated in perfect location - easy to reach from any place in Rome. The stuff was very welcoming, friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade! Great place to stay in Rome, It will definitely be my place to stay next time I am in Rome!
