This is my 3rd time staying at Palazzo Navona, I’ve always had a great experience wish is the reason why I keep returning. However, this time around it was not a good experience, I had a terrible experience with Andreaa at the front desk, she was very rude and kept on insisting I needed to pay for breakfast, even when I was showing her my confirmation from Expedia that clearly stated free breakfast. She knew I had a flight to take and after almost 15 min of disrespect she said fine and said I’ll take it with the manager. This was hornos and embarrassing, reason why I won’t be going back.
