My girlfriend and I had a great stay here during our trip to Rome! It was literally steps away from the Trevi Fountain, so getting up early we were able to see it without the massive crowds. Check in was easy and it was in a great location to check out other sites around the city. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Piccolo Trevi Suites. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the Trevi fountain. Literally around the corner. Very clean and ammenities great. Walking distance to most of Romes major sites. Checkin was very easy, met at door and shown around. Thanks again, would definitely stay again .

The staff were so friendly and the room was fantastic! The location was incredible, just 30 seconds to the Trevi Fountain and huge selection of fantastic restaurants. I would highly recommend Piccolo Trevi to anyone wanting to stay in Rome and I already have. Thanks for having us.

This tiny guest house was steps away from Trevi fountain and despite being 600 years old was clean with modern amenities including an air conditioner. Marco the owner was nice and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

Th staff was friendly and easy to work with. The area of the property is perfect if you want to hit the main sites and walk around. My husband and I were very pleased with everything!

Location was great. The room was large, but was not ready & cleaned at the time of check-in (1:00 pm). There was also an issue with the toilet. Check-in & check-out process is challenging. You must text their staff with your exact arrival time since there is no full-time staffing at the reception. During our visit, they did not change our towels or clean the room, despite staying 3 nights. The room safe is preset to an exact combination (which was not disclosed to us during check-in). As a result, our passports were locked in the safe & since no one is at the reception desk, no one could quickly assist us. Overall the hotel offers good value based on the location and price, but needs to address the staffing issues.

Dear Guest, we are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay at Piccolo Trevi Suites. We always try to do our best to make our guests happy.We would just like to clarify a few things for those who are reading. Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and not 1:00 PM. As we did for you, we often come earlier than the check-in time (with no additional costs) just to help our guest with their scheduled time in Rome. That's the reason why your room was not ready on your arrival and why we always ask our guests their arrival time, just to organise their check-in in the best way (we don't have a 24/7 reception but that is also written on our Expedia page).Regarding the towels changing, in every room there is a tag to put outside the door, so that the guests can ask what they want every day in the morning (if they just want to change the towels, if they want their rooms to be made or if they don't need anything). Considering this, it's up to every guest to decide. About the safe, we apologize that we forgot to explain it on your check-in but, even if we were not there, we came immediately to solve the problem.In any case we would like to thank you for your review, it's always good for us to improve our work and make Piccolo Trevi Suites a better place to stay.Kind regards

Best location starts to Trevi Foubtain
Fantastic location within walking distance to any of the sites you would want to see in Rome. The room we stayed in was on the third floor (we are young and active so we were ok with stairs). As many have mentioned, the windows are well insulated so little noise from the throngs of tourists and vendors below. We felt safe. The room was spacious. Livia and her team are quick to respond and communicate. I would not hesitate to book again and I hope to return in the next couple of years.

A very nice apartment located just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Staff was great, we had a flight delay but they stuck around to get us checked in and we had zero problems during our stay.

Good value for the money
Excellent central location very near Trevi Fountain. Although the area is very busy and touristy, when you close the window it’s very quiet. Room is not fancy, but clean and comfortable, bed is good, bathroom is fine. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it’s reasonably priced and a good value. Pleasant stay and definitely recommended.

This is not a hotel. More like a bnb. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 very steep flights of steps with no help. The room is very small and connected to a work/supply room. Worst of all the air conditioning won’t go below a certain point so during 100 degree Fahrenheit weather, we were extremely uncomfortable. Location is good but can all be very busy and loud.

The location is great and the room itself was a very cool experience looking out the windows and seeing all the excitement that surrounds the Trevi Fountain area. The room is quiet despite all the noise below. The host is excellent. I would caution anyone with mobility issues as it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We had a great stay at the Piccolo Trevi Suites.

Very clean and super convenient location central to so many sights to see (tho I can't say whether they wash the blanket for the sofabed or not). Just note this is a guesthouse, and checking in was a little stressful for me since my sim card didn't activate for 4 hours and you need to communicate via whatsapp or phone.

Couldn’t get a much better location but a bit of strange set up. The door of our room opened into the room used by staff for paperwork/ checking in guests and for cleaners. A bit annoying hearing endless text alerts when trying to have a lie in from directly outside your door or phones ringing. Shower was also pretty terrible to use. But an amazing location, right in the centre and a stones throw from the fountain and Pantheon! Staff were also very friendly when we did interact.

Beware this is not a hotel is a guest house but don’t let that discourage you from staying here. It’s beautiful and in the best location. My only drawback are the long steep stairs. Specially because I took my 70 yo mother. And there is no elevator. Other than that everything was amazing.

The room was great, we just had two days with out towels to dry ourselves. They forgot to leave them for us in the room. The location was amazing. We lost a small package with crystal figurines that might have been thrown away by accident. Others than those two details I would highly recommend this site for your next Roma vacation.

We always try do our best to make sure our guests enjoy their stay.It is written everywhere (on Expedia, on our website and on all the e-mails that we send to our guest) that the historical building of the XV century hosting the suites does not provide a lift, even if the property has only two floors.Regarding the problem with your safe, we fixed it immediately, but unfortunately it's something that can happen.The only thing we don't understand are the comments regarding the cleaning, since you had the daily housekeeping as requested during all your stay.Kind regards

Piccolo Trevi Suites is ideal for exploring all the wonderful places in Rome. The hosts were fantastic and in constant contact with us before, during and as we checked out. Given it in right by the Trevi fountain, you can expect some noise but with the windows closed and the aircon on you could forget were you are! Brilliant, highly recommended!

Our host, Livia, was gracious, welcoming and informative about everything in the Trevi area. She easily secured a taxi for us to Roma Termini for departure. We would return again to her family’s beautiful B & B!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Piccolo Trevi Suites! Check-in was easy and they were super helpful with anything we needed - including setting up a taxi to take us to the airport. The location was incredible, the room was clean and well taken care of, and they provided any amenity you could need. The stairs leading up to the entry to the room are steep and uneven - not a problem for us but could be for someone who is older. Thank you for an incredible stay!

We stayed at Piccolo for one night due to a Ryanair ballsup. We wish we had stayed the entire duration of our trip. The location is excellent and quiet (despite being a 2 minute walk to the Trevi fountain). The room was big and had everything we needed. The host contacted us and invited us to arrive earlier than check in time. We were also able to leave our bags after check out. Would definitely stay again.

This stay is in the thick of it! Less than a minutes walk from trevi fountain, and other major attractions are within close proximity. The host of the guesthouse is fantastic and made our stay great. Just know you are in the heart of a busy area so arriving with you belongings might take a moment but is doable.
